Pros:

Reception h24, camera molto ampia e pulita, dotata di tutto: lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Letto molto comodo. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere bus e metro per il centro di DC

Cons:

Le tende della camera da letto non oscura bene la luce del sole e la finestra non isola bene il rumore della strada, disturbando il sonno con rumore e luce.

Overall clean, and very well priced for the neighborhood.

Cons:

The parking garage was difficult to find, very tight, and esthetically creepy. Lacking in signage direction. It was not clear that guest parking was three floors down. Very little lighting unless a motion sensor senses something moving, then the rest of the lights come on. The bedroom was small, which meant the bed was very close to the floor-ceiling window. At the height we were at (12 floor), my knees got weak. Lowering the blinds helped, but getting the blinds to cooperate was not easy. I think it would benefit from a bar.

Great stay. Would recommend this property highly.
Pros:

Loved the friendly and helpful staff, convenient and walkable location near the Ballston-MU metro stop and good restaurants, and family-friendly and quiet atmosphere. Loved the gym and the 24/7 tiny convenience store with some limited food options inside the property.

Cons:

There's a lot of light pollution in the area at night, and the miniblinds didn't get the room as dark as I would have liked for sleeping. Dark or blackout curtains would make a huge difference.

Very enjoyable and nice place to stay.
Pros:

Location is close to many centers. Great walkable neighborhood with many nice restaurants. Super friendly staff. Full amenities.

Cons:

One bedroom more like a suite, small. Expensive parking.

Great location, clean, good amenities, quiet, the staff was nice, parking garage underneath the building - the important stuff was there.

Cons:

The Smart TV experience was awful. It wasn't what went there for, so it wasn't a deal breaker; but why do so many of these places have systems that are hard to use and do not work flawlessly like the cheap TVs you can buy on Amazon, I'll never know.
More specifically - the power and volume buttons worked great, but changing apps, or navigating through apps took forever. A lot of times we had to restart the TV several times to get the apps to load.

Cons:

Tv didnt work. No availability for live TV is extremely disappointing. Could not control volume on TV. "Maintenance Tech" sent to my room was not knowledgeable and simply replaced the batteries in the remote.
