The Sebel Twin Towns Coolangatta

Had a lovely stay , we booked a king-size suite ,it was like a little apartment had separate bedroom and it also had a kitchenette, large balcony my only bug bear was the balcony only got sun early morning 6/7:am so was no it really any good to me as I love the sun ...had buffet breakfast which was superb had hot food, fruits, cereals etc very good value
Staff were very friendly and helpful..which brings into my next thing on arriving home to London I realised I left all my swimwear at the apartment (at least 5 swimsuits)some new ..I tried contacting the sebel via Facebook, messages, even booking .com contacted them for me and said they spoke to housekeeper who was supposed to contact me ...never heard a word really disappointed thought they would at least have said they weren't there ...even had someone willing to pick them for me ☹️

We really enjoyed staying at the Sebel, we had fabulous views, easy walking distance to the beach and shops and a really nice buffet breakfast.

Breakfast was great, room is exceptional great. As I was travelling for work, the area around is quite noisy and I could not rest well.

From Check In to Check Out and everything in between it was great and the buffet brekkie was a highlight

Spotless room, great breakfast.
I emailed needing to change the dates of our stay on 1/9/25, no one responded. When we got to the hotel and I explained we needed to leave a day early I was told the extra night couldn't be refunded because I hadn’t told them before the 10/9/25. I was able to produce the email but the lady stated said it hadn’t been received. So,I would advise not to pay in advance.

Very impressed with my room. Immaculately clean, modern and everything I needed.
I checked in around 3pm and although the check in was professional, there was no warmth or particular friendliness.
My friends came to see around 6.15pm. Approached the front desk and asked same person who checked me in “could we ask your help”. The staff member said “no, go over there”, pointing to another desk. Disappointing.
Breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and helpful.
Checkout was good. Friendly staff member and I actually commented to her that it was nice to have a friendly face on leaving.
I would recommend the hotel for location, rooms and facilities

Nice and clean hotel. Very central location. Easy parking

Walking distance to everything, so many dining options to choose from. Room was good size, we were on level 5 and had a great view over the ocean. Staff were helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast was on point. We will be back.
