Great Location in the Heart of the City!
This was a very nice hotel with an unbeatable location! It’s just a short walk to major attractions like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and only about three minutes to the Grand Bazaar. It’s also very close to the sea and the Bosphorus cruise boarding points.
Step out of the hotel, and you’re right in the middle of the action — surrounded by plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The connectivity to the rest of the city is excellent, making it a great base for exploring Istanbul.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. While the room size was quite small, it’s understandable given the prime location in the historic center.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Istanbul with easy access to all the key sights.
It was very clean and the service was great! Everything is clean, calm, and perfect thanks to the guys working here!🙏💜
The best part was it’s location. It is just a walkable distance from grand bazar area , tram and metro stop. In fact you can see all the major attraction by walking otherwise take the tram. There are lots of restaurants very close by.The other most prominent quality of the hotel is their staffs. We rarely came across so helpful staffs at reception. Ugur in reception was simply exceptionally helpful. He always maintained the prompt response in whattsapp and helped whenever was needed. He was a gem to the hotel.Samer, the other was also very helpful. The room was clean. The hotel has a beautiful terrace from where you can have nice view of the sea.
Conveniently located - just a 5 minute (uphill) walk to the Grand Bazaar precinct with lots of restaurants and the tram. The room was small but cosy and well appointed. The hosts were friendly. Perfect for the price if you are not planning to spend much time in your room.
Sauber, freundlich, gute Lage. Nur eine Anmerkung: Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Insgesamt ausgezeichnet.
Beautiful and spotlessly clean room, great aircon, and sweet and helpful staff. But the best part was the rooftop overlooking the Sea of Marmara. The view is spectacular, and having breakfast there every morning while sipping Turkish tea was the highlight of our stay.
The T1 tram station is a short walk away, and the Sultanahmet area is also walkable from here. The connectivity is great, but the area is part of the shoemaking district, so not the cleanest/best part of Istanbul. Seemed sketchy at night. The hotel is on a steep road, taxis drop you at the bottom, and the tram station is also uphill. We appreciated the workout, but those with young kids or mobility issues might not.
Unexpected bonus: because the area is away from the touristy centre, food in the nearby restaurants is very affordable!
Below grade and low quality hotel. They advertise and sell rooms as ‘air conditioned’ but they set their ACs only to fan mode. It was very uncomfortable sleeping at night with 25 degrees centigrade outside temperature and closed suffocating room. We checked in at 23:00 and were told the ACs will only work in fan mode and asked to vacate immediately if that wasn’t convenient or comfortable to us. Very unprofessional and insulting experience indeed.
Stayed for a week in July 2023. location is perfect. Family owned. It’s literally a 10 mins walk to all main attractions, Blue mosque. Grand bazaar. Hagia Sophia etc & 4min walk to nearest tram station BEYAZIT. There is a terrace top which is great to chill in evenings. They offer wash and iron service at a reasonable price. Small fridge in room which is perfect for storing drinks. Rooms could do with a small safe to keep ur belongings secure. The manager ‘Ugur’ couldn’t do enough and speaks English v well. Wi-Fi is super fast. AC is perfect. It is up hill so bare that in mind for any of u travelling with elderly or those with wheelchairs. Make sure taxi agrees to drop u outside hotel. Area is so busy with traffic some taxis drop u off bottom of street. Albeit just a 4 min walk, but it’s uphill with cases & in that heat was missions! Taxi from airport approx 500-700 liras. Hotel was clean & I felt safe. Defo recommend & would stay here again. 10/10. Book it guys!
We stayed in this newly renovated hotel for 2 nights. The hotel offers
Panorama seaview views from its rooftop terrace. Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque are about 12 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is clean and offers new beddings. Ugur the property owner is a down to earth person who will help you to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We stayed for four nights. Ugur (the hotel owner) is really a gem of a man. He guided me personally and remained available on WhatsApp 24x7. I highly recommend this place because if you are staying in this hotel, you don't need any tour guide. Lastly, room service, cleanliness, and location are all up to the mark. The tram is hardly 200 meters away from the hotel and major tourist attractions are also either at the walking distance or can easily be visited using tram.
Lucky was an amazing host; he was beyond helpful with anything that we needed and was so accomodating. He was like family! The hotel was clean and the rooftop has a beautiful view! It is a 5-10 minute walk up a hill to the square/tram. Very convenient location! Highly recommended!
