Goed hotel.
Pros:

Centraal gelegen in het centrum vlakbij het station en openbaar vervoer. Parkeergarage in de buurt. Diverse uitstapjes gemaakt. Zelfs in Japan dezelfde warme traktatie bij inchecken gekregen zoals we die in Nederland krijgen bij Double Tree. Personeel uiterst correct.

Pros:

Excellent location right next to Toyama Station with easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Modern and stylish hotel with very clean and well-maintained facilities.

Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

L’hotel è molto bello e curato, le stanze grandi per gli standard giapponesi. La colazione a buffet è ricca e molto buona, per tutti gusti. La posizione è comoda vicino alla stazione. Il personale è molto gentile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Pros:

I like to mention 2 ladies:
1. Ami - at the reception. Guiest who will arrive while she is there - he is lucky one. She is the beeestt.
2. Ayumi - at the dinning room. Really she really cares about you and explaining in a very kind and gentle. Search for her while eating.

Stayed for the brand but disappointed
Pros:

Room was spacious. Location relatively near station (my elderly parents could find their way back themselves). Gym was well equipped.

Cons:

Chose Hilton for the brand and regretted. Welcome cookie was hard, Crabtree n Evelyn shampoo was dry, onsen was so tiny we always had to wait and squeeze with others, Toyama water dispenser was a chore to take water from as u have to keep pressing the button.
