Cuidado con el servicio de arreglo de habitación. Es más barato bookear por Booking que directamente

Cons:

Su sistema para que te limpien la habitación es confuso. te dejan el típico cartel para la puerta, pero aún cuando lo usas, no es garantía que te arreglen la habitación, Te dejan una hoja en la que te dicen que la luz/botón roja debe estar apagada. Lo graciosos es que no hay ningún botón/luz roja. Todo el panel de control es ambar y nunca se pone en rojo y cuando apretas el botón de servicio se pone por un segundo verde y luego se pone del mismo color ambar de todo el panel, así que no sabes si está activado o no, una desgracia. Me pasó que no limpiaron mi habitación. Tuve que quejarme y sí mandaron a una persona a arreglarla pero fue luego de insistir y pasar un mal rato, porque al inicio me dijeron que no se podía y no tenía personal para hacerlo!

Algo curioso es que la habitación me salía más barato por Booking que directamente y haciéndome miembro del Hilton!

Different room might have made a difference

Staff were very nice. Location was good.

Cons:

The bed was ok however it was difficult getting comfortable watching tv, pillows were were too bulky. Room was too small especially the bathroom. Everything felt too small and cramped. The water station in the hallway was broken, so you had to walk to the other side to get water to drink. We had little privacy since our room faced the hallway so you had to keep the blackout curtasin closed. The electrical controls for lights were difficutl to see. Our hallway was hot and gloomy.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Le séjour s’est très bien passé, hôtel très propre et confortable.
Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

Cons:

Le seul soucis c’est qu’il n’y avait pas de personnel pour nous aider à faire monter nos bagages en chambre lorsque nous sommes arrivés et pour les faire descendre le jour du départ. Nous étions une famille de 5 (2 adultes avec 3 enfants). Ça aurait été parfait d’obtenir une aide pour cela.
