Great!
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed with the hotel.

My room was fantastic, and the housekeeping and janitorial teams did an excellent job keeping everything clean and well maintained. I loved the building, décor, style, and overall atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and I didn’t experience a single issue during my stay.

The front desk and 24-hour door staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and welcoming. They were always willing to assist and provided great recommendations that made my visit even better.

I was especially impressed with how technologically advanced the hotel was. I absolutely loved the tech keypad and the ability to control different features in the room—it added such a convenient and modern touch to the experience.

Overall, Canopy by Hilton Toronto Yorkville met my expectations.

Top Hotel in top Lage! Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Die Metro (Linie 2) ist gleich ums Eck und man ist schnell in Downtown, ebenso findet man dort eine Mall mit unterschiedlichen Geschäften (Supermarkt, Drogerie etc.). Auch ist das Hotel nicht weit weg von der Church Street, wo man viele Gelegenheiten findet, gut und preiswert zu essen.
Die Öffnungszeiten des Fitnessstudios (24h geöffnet) und des Indoorpools (bis 11 p.m.) fand ich auch super, da bei vielen Hotels um 10 p.m. alles dicht gemacht wird.
Alles war sehr sauber, ansprechend und modern ausgestattet.
Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dort auf jeden Fall wieder einchecken!

Cons:

Wir waren zu viert im Zimmer (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und hatten Handtücher für 2 Personen, was für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt aber kein Problem war. Ein bisschen eigenartig fand ich, dass die Betten gemacht und alle Handtücher mitgenommen aber keine frischen dagelassen wurden. Auf Nachfrage hin, wurden uns wieder Handtücher für nur 2 Personen ins Zimmer gelegt. War jetzt kein Thema für uns und hätten wir noch welche gebraucht, hätten wir bestimmt noch welche bekommen. Ich fand das nur eigenartig. Nichts desto trotz würde ich dort sofort wieder buchen!

La chambre est spacieuse et la décoration de la chambre est très agréable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est délicieux.

sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal; interessantes Frühstückskonzept (Bestellung), aber sehr lecker und reichhaltig; gute ÖPNV-Anbindung; Hotel für Familienurlaub gut geeignet; fußläufig alles erreichbar, was man noch so braucht (Restaurants, Supermarkt etc.); Und Toronto selbst bietet natürlich traumhafte Sehenswürdigkeiten ...

Cons:

einzig die komplizierte und zwischenzeitliche undurchsichtige Rechnungslegung mit zum Teil "wilden" und nicht nachvollziehen Kreditkartenbuchungen durch Hilton war etwas ärgerlich (meine Bank teilte mir z. B. einmal aufgrund von intensiven Buchungen durch Hilton mit, dass ich doch bitte prüfen solle, da es zunächst aufgrund der hohen Summen und Häufungen als möglicher Betrug eingeordnet wurde) und machte Klärungsgespräche mit dem Personal nötig (z. B. wurde erklärt, dass es eine Sicherheitskaution von 100 CAD pro Nacht gäbe, aber tatsächlich wurden dann zunächst rund 180 CAD pro Nacht von der Karte gebucht) > dann wurde aber alles vom Hotel geklärt und erstattet

Tech-Enabled Hotel offers Enhanced Experience
Pros:

The incorporation of technology into the rooms is fantastic. I really enjoyed the flexibility to control various fixtures and the curtains from multiple locations throughout the room. The sliding barn door helps to minimize the amount of noise that comes from the outside hallway. That was a great idea and I am glad to see the amount of thought that went into planning the room layout.

Cons:

I would mention, three very minor issues during my stay. The first involves the bathroom sink faucet. The angle of the water being discharged is such that it hits a portion of the drain plug which causes water to splash out onto the counter of the sink.

The second item is how to use the technology to indicate that you would like the room to be freshened up. In the interest of full disclosure, this is very likely user error. When you want to request service, it seems as if you need to place the service sign on the door and have to select the service button on the control panel inside the room.

The final item is the weak internet security protocols uitilized for the complimentary WiFi offered. There have been recent stories in the news that unsecured WiFi networks in public places are being increasingly targeted by hackers. I avoided connecting to it whenever possible due to the lack of enhanced security protocols.
