Decepción total
Pros:

Su ubicación es su mejor atributo

Cons:

Hay varios temas que no me gustaron, dentro de ellos que: el aseo de la habitación deficiente, no realizan reposición de café, azúcar, etc. sino se solicita, de cortesía entregan una botella de agua independiente de cuantas personas hayan pagado alojamiento, agregar a lo anterior que la cortesía es solo por el primer día de alojamiento, los días siguientes ya no hay cortesía.
He sido pasajero al menos en 6 hoteles en el sector cercano a parque Arauco, sin duda es el hotel más deficiente, si bien podría ser uno de los más económicos del sector, no alcanza para justificar su tarifa.

El desayuno un desastre cuando llegamos a desayunar no habia nada disponible para ser un hotel de buena categoria se vio muy mala coordinacion en mantener lo necesario para abastecer el desayuno

A recepção localizada no 13º andar do edifício cria dificuldades para o hóspede que chega pela primeira vez. Apesar de haver um posto na entrada do edifício para funcionário do hotel orientar a recepção, nem sempre ele está ocupado.
