Confortable, pero No supero mis expectativas

Check In muy rapido y facil, cafeteria grandes, con buenos espacios. Personal super bien!

Cons:

1-Nula informacion de en donde estacionar tu vehiculo propio al momento de llegar.
2-Engorroso el hecho de aparte de hacer el check in y dar todos tus datos, despues nuevamente debes chequearte y volver a dar tus datos al personal de guardia para bajar a los estacionamientos.
3-La puerta de la habitacion 309 No se puede cerrar con el pestillo de seguridad, no gira.
4- El Aire acondicionado lo puse en 24 grados y nunca fue capaz de subir a esa temperatura.

Como compensacion me ofrecieron una cena de cortesía

Cons:

El drenaje de la ducha no fucionó y la habitacion se inundo por completo. Llame a recepcion 7:30 am y me dijeron qeu no tenian mantenimiento hasta las 10am. Creo qeu si no hubiera enviado un mensaje por booking de reclamacion nadie hubiera accionado para remediar la situacion, ya que al otro dia el drenaje seguia funcionando mal

Duvet manchado, toallas desgastadas y les recomendaria no ofrecer el taxi ya que no nos enviaron lo solicitado, nos cobraron caro y nos clonaron la tarjeta de credito
