Excellent decor, spacious well designed rooms, nice staff, great location.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. Love that the history of the building was preserved. The restaurant was lovely with a nice selection of breakfast dishes and tasty brioche bread.

Cons:

Well we were there to visit family, but none of the amenities were highlighted, nor were any suggestions made for local highlights like Carillon Historical Park, Oregon District or a great coffee house like Press. Not great at promoting the local scene

Well located, nicely decorated hotel.
Pros:

Centrally located, nicely decorated, helpful staff

Cons:

The heating system was extremely noisy. It made it hard to sleep. ,The shower door even though it looked new, did not close completely.

The only downside was having to pay extra for a late check out which would have helped us out a lot but paying for it something I haven’t never had to do.
