Pros:

The atmosphere and the staff were top tier.
Especially Chris and Alexis

Cons:

Unable to use the hot tub and pool amenities as the children who were staying occupied them every evening.
It would be helpful to have adult hours

Amazing experience, clean hotel, kind staff
Pros:

Very clean (with staff cleaning throughout the day), perfect location by the ski resort, friendly and accommodating staff. One of the staff members even helped me jumpstart my car when its battery died in front of the lobby.

Cons:

Breakfast options could be a bit better (like maybe not just having sausage, and better quality oatmeal). Other than that, everything was good.
