Pros:

At €285 per room per night and with a renowned restaurant, we had high expectations. Expedia did not permit us to book for dinner on our 1 night stay and when we tried to book later, the restaurant was fully booked. As it was also a religious holiday, most of the oyhee

Good location nice people and good food.
The Spa is a bit small but very nice to go to.

Don't go here
Pros:

If you want a terrible night sleep, stay here.

The hotel was empty but I was put in the room next to reception which is honestly terrible unless you don't want to sleep.
There is a big gap between the floor and the door so you might as well just leave the door open at this stage.

When I asked if I could be moved to another room, I was told I would have to pay extra to upgrade.

If a hotel can't provide the basics of a quiet room, it doesn't meet its primary function.

Train staff on customer service and make room 1 an extention of reception.
