Pros:

El trato del personal fue cordial y el desayuno muy bueno y suficiente.

Cons:

Que el baño no tenga plafón y no sea privado, que el lavamanos esté dentro de la zona de dormitorio, que se escuche todo el ruido de la terraza. Ofrecen vista a la ciudad y no cumple. Ofrecen silencio y no cumple. La cancelería de la regadera no retiene el agua y moja hasta la puerta de la habitación.

Lovely comfortable boutique hotel
Pros:

Beautifully restored old house. Lovely seating /eating area on the roof with an amazing view of all the churches! Comfortable, large, modern rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great

Eine gute Anlaufstation für Puebla.
Pros:

Continental Breakfast war im Preis inkludiert. Darüberhinausgehende Bestellungen (akzeptabler Aufpreis) wurden zur vollen Zufriedenheit erledigt. Der Frühstücksbereich findet sich auf der Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick (wenn gewünscht: auch überdacht).
Das historische Zentrum ist fußläufig und sicher erreichbar.

Leider war zu unserer Besuchszeit (Ende Februar 2026) die Rooftop-Bar nicht geöffnet. Es gibt aber ausreichend Aujsweich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Great location in classic hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Roof terrace was lovely and staff very friendly. Huge room and decor impressive.

Cons:

The food was cheap but not particularly good but great location in the roof. A pity the hours were short.

Schönes Hotel mit toller Dachterrasse
Pros:

Das Hotel im Kolonialstil ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer sehr groß, die Betten bequem. Allerdings sind nur die Zimmer zur Straße hell. Die Dachterrasse, auf der auch das Frühstück serviert wird, hat einen grandiosen Ausblick auf das Centro histórico und auf die Vulkane Popocatépetl und La Malinche. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne wählen wir das Milo Collection Hotel wieder für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Puebla.

Cons:

Es roch ein wenig nach Abfluss im Zimmer.

Pros:

The place is great inside, rooms are comfortable, breakfast buffet on Saturday was great selection.
