Beautiful property and an excellent location. Very comfortable beds and a beautiful rooftop terrace for breakfast.
It can be a little noisy, especially the noise of the lift and the music they play starting in the morning

management is nonexistent.

Front desk staff is not that great and neither is the breakfast staff

Das Hotel im Kolonialstil ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer sehr groß, die Betten bequem. Allerdings sind nur die Zimmer zur Straße hell. Die Dachterrasse, auf der auch das Frühstück serviert wird, hat einen grandiosen Ausblick auf das Centro histórico und auf die Vulkane Popocatépetl und La Malinche. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne wählen wir das Milo Collection Hotel wieder für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Puebla.
Es roch ein wenig nach Abfluss im Zimmer.

Was next to street and too much noise. We had a car and No parking
The place is great inside, rooms are comfortable, breakfast buffet on Saturday was great selection.
All the buses in the morning are very loud, and fast.
Staff is very friendly

La ubicación es excelente, y la habitación era muy cómoda. Las camas y almohadas, geniales. Es un hotel boutique, pequeño, pero todo estuvo excelente.

Lage ist Zentral..aber sehr laut durch die stark befahrene Straße. Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Das Frühstück hat uns eher enttäuscht.. der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist wunderschön .
Frühstück eher lieblos ..Für 4 Personen habs nur zwei Handtücher..

The style of the hotel was amazing. It was clean and the location was great. Not far away from the cathedral and historic district.
The smell in the room was awful. It smells like wastewater. The hotel is on a really busy street so the noise was extreme. The breakfast area is in Winter way to cold. And in the room was not enough toilet paper we have to ask twice for more. And not enough towels.
