Amplia y el hotel es bien localizado
El café continental es muy decepcionante.
La struttura è molto bella con camere spaziose e tanti comfort! C’è anche una bellissima terrazza dove fare colazione. Posizione ottima. Buona colazione continentale, con menù fisso e standard per gli hotel messicani (yogurt con granola, toast con marmellata e caffè); ad un costo extra ci sono altre opzioni. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stato il personale, dalle signore che si occupano della pulizia alla ragazza della reception. Sono state davvero tanto carine con noi e gentilissime, volevamo quindi ringraziarle per essersi prese cura del nostro soggiorno.
Purtroppo la stanza non aveva la finestra e quindi si creava tanta umidità e la notte non era gradevole.
Hotel tranquilo, con clase en antigua vivienda de Puebla. A dos cuadras escasas de cátedral. Personal profesional y amable. Habitación grande y moderna como el baño. Buen desayuno con vistas a las azoteas y cúpulas de las iglesias del centro. Cama cómoda. Aparqué en frente y te ponen ticket parquímetro. Para volver sin dudarlo.

This is a beautiful property in the perfect location and the staff was wonderful. One of the best accommodations I have ever had.

La calle donde está ubicado no transmite seguridad, la habitación estuvo literalmente al lado de recepción, no hubo nada de privacidad. El baño de la habitación no está aislado de la habitación. Olor muy fuerte a humedad.
On the first day, we had a pleasant breakfast. However, on the second day, when we went to breakfast, the staff was unfriendly and rude. The rest of our stay was not peaceful either. Someone stole the side car mirrors in front of the hotel.
I would not refer this hotel to stay

Location is walking distance from main square in a quiet location.
Comfy beds with friendly reception and cleaning staff.
Unfortunately on the first morning we were met with a a very rude waiter working on the top floor restaurant.
We had breakfast included which wasn't clear what we were allowed when we sat down. Turns out its coffee and fruit plate or just a green juice. For children, the waitor informed us it was milk or green juice only??
We tried quering this with the waiter and asked if our children could have a fruit plate also with their milk but the waiter ignored us so my husband had to go into the kitchen to find the waitor.
He did bring them a fruit plate after but didn't bring them currently and just avoided us.
The waiter was only interested in outside guests who were paying for breakfast. We didn't eat at the restaurant again.
We spoke to reception who advised that the children should have had fruit plate. They apologised and later offered us a complimentary breakfast from the visitor menu on the last day at 10:45am but we were leaving at 11am...
The hotel is lovely and the reception staff are friendly but it seems outside visitors a priority over hotel guests.
On our checkout day there was a photoshoot taking place in the courtyard outside our room and on the stairs which was nice to see but slightly uncomfortable as we couldn't leave our room to check out and wait for our taxi to the airport.
This should of taken place after checkout as once we could leave there were other guests from the other floor also waiting to check out.

Frühstück (fast nicht vorhanden)
La habitación está muy bonita y muy limpia. Nos hospedamos en la Suite Superior en donde el baño cuenta con tina y fue un gran plus para nuestra estancia.
El desayuno incluido (americano) muy bien servido y de gran sabor.
Es un gran lugar para escaparse de fin de semana.
