Elegancia y confort al estilo de la arquitectura porfiriana/colonia y mezcla con elementos modernos.
Pros:

Es un hotel muy familiar, se respira un ambiente de intimidad y privacidad que nunca te dará todo aquel hotel de grandes cadenas.
Las habitaciones son confortables y amplias. El Hotel Milo es una elección ideal si buscas calma y a la vez cercanía con los atractivos culinarios, históricos y arquitectónicos del centro de Puebla.
Cualquier restaurante, o atracción se encuentran a solo minutos caminando.

Cons:

Este hotel no cuenta con comedor para cena, solamente te queda la opción de UBER Eats.

Pros:

Good location. our room was on the first floor and the closest to reception and yes the door and shades had to be shut at all times. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Coffee in the morning. If we had a free breakfast I don't remember. There is coffee in the morning in the lobby and water and snack mix in the afternoon. Nice touch. No coffee making in the rooms.

Cons:

the floors were dirty to the point that something was spilled and not cleaned well and one of our towels had a dirty handprint. the next day the room was much cleaner. did not like lobby music until 11pm

Todo. No le falta detalle. Su terraza tiene vistas espectaculares.

Cons:

Lo único que añadiría es una nevera para poder guardar por ejemplo la comida del niño.

Loved Puebla - Milo Collection Hotel Made it Easy
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and perfectly located. We walked everywhere. Rooftop restaurant was a bonus-- great views of the city and the volcano (in the morning). The breakfast staff was helpful, pleasant and professional. Breakfast was good - nice variety. Bed was comfy - bath products were good. Nice to have a sink in the room leaving the toilet area free. very nice to have the elevator to get to the second and third floors!! Especially after walking all day.

Cons:

Towels have seen better days,

El colchón es muy incomodo, no tiene soporte suficiente. Al ser muy alto (40cm) se deforma fácilmente.

Lean las letras chicas de su reservación.
Pros:

La terraza, pero no te dejan desayunar en la parte descubierta que porque no hay suficientes sombrillas disponibles.

Cons:

No hay estacionamiento en el lugar. Tienes que ir a 4 cuadras a estacionar el auto.
La señorita de la recepción muy amable pero no tiene mando para decidir y no resuelve nada.
Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas hacia la calle y si estás a nivel de la calle, los empleados y el valet se la pasan platicando y riendo afuera de la habitación desde las 8 am. INSOPORTABLE

El trato del personal fue cordial y el desayuno muy bueno y suficiente.

Cons:

Que el baño no tenga plafón y no sea privado, que el lavamanos esté dentro de la zona de dormitorio, que se escuche todo el ruido de la terraza. Ofrecen vista a la ciudad y no cumple. Ofrecen silencio y no cumple. La cancelería de la regadera no retiene el agua y moja hasta la puerta de la habitación.

Beautifully restored old house. Lovely seating /eating area on the roof with an amazing view of all the churches! Comfortable, large, modern rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great

Eine gute Anlaufstation für Puebla.
Pros:

Continental Breakfast war im Preis inkludiert. Darüberhinausgehende Bestellungen (akzeptabler Aufpreis) wurden zur vollen Zufriedenheit erledigt. Der Frühstücksbereich findet sich auf der Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick (wenn gewünscht: auch überdacht).
Das historische Zentrum ist fußläufig und sicher erreichbar.

Leider war zu unserer Besuchszeit (Ende Februar 2026) die Rooftop-Bar nicht geöffnet. Es gibt aber ausreichend Aujsweich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.
