The location is excellent and overall for the price the appar
Terrible stay for me. Got bit by bed bugs all over my body. Doctor has prescribed medicines for 15 days. My body has been itching from the day of checkout.
The sheets had been slept in no towels no hot water no toaster was told full function kitchen not even a butter knife would not recommend would not give me refund so had to pay another 20 nights in another hotel disgusting service as private landlord owns these
It was a disaster. From start to finish.
Firstly, there was security on arrival. Angry old men in security suits. You don't really ask if you need help. When I asked to check in, they just pointed in a direction.
When I got to the "check in counter", there was another security sitting there.
I said I wanted to go in and see.
He said to call the hotel, not me. They will come.
After a phone call, a man came. He asked for deposit. He showed us the room and left.
The room stank. The bathroom was full of fungus and the floor was sticky.
There were cockroaches everywhere. In the toilet, in the kitchen, by the bed.
There was no hot water and when I texted the "guy" to ask about water, he just texted back that there was hot water.
We paid for 4 nights.
We stayed there for one night. It was a disaster and it's a disaster for Hotels.com to accept that they can call themselves a 5 star hotel. An absolute disgrace.
The room was so dirty you didn't even want to use a towel.
Was given a 3 room apartment but theres only 1 bathroom for 5 adults 2 kids
