Harika bir tatil deneyimiydi
Pros:

3 kız arkadaş gittik otel gayet temizdi kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Personel çok ilgili güler yüzlüydü her konuda yardımcı oldular konum olarak çok iyidi. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih edeceğimiz bir yer hiç olumsuz bir yanı yoktu.

4 gece konaklama yaptık gerek temizliği, gerek ilgileri çok güzeldi. Kahvaltıları yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Plajlar, restoranlar konusunda da oldukça yardımcı oldular yönlendirdikleri yerlerden çok memnun kaldık. Konumunun çarşıya hem çok yakın hem de sessiz bi sokakta yer alması bizleri çok mutlu etti.

Uzun bir yolculuktan sonra 12 de check-in yapmak icin otele vardigimizda resepsiyon gorevlisi bizi karsilamak icin ayaga kalkma zahmetinde bile bulunmadi. Valizlerimizi kendimiz iceri tasidik. Yasadigimiz bu memnuniyetsizligin uzerine erken ayrilmaya karar verdik ancak o zaman da Hotels.com bizlik bisey yok biz iade yapamayiz, otel ile gorusun geri oderlerse oderler dedi ve yapayalniz kaldik. Tahmin edersiniz ki otel asla geri odemeyi kabul etmedi ve simdi her iki kurum ile de mahkemeligiz. Insanlarin paralarini alip sonrasi ile asla muhattap olmuyorlar. Hotels.com uzerinden rezervasyon yapmayin. Bu otel ile de calismayin. Yalniz kalirsiniz.

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertung, aber in diesem Fall muss ich das Hotel nur abraten!!! Bloß nicht die Unterkunft buchen! Zur gleichen Zeit haben mehrere Personen Probleme mit der Unterkunft gehabt. Vor allem der Mitarbeiter Baran, an der Rezeption hat jeden nur Probleme gemacht und wollte Geld kassieren oder auch mehr abkassieren, was eigentlich nicht zu zahlen wäre. Wir haben einen Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht im oberen Geschoss und es fing damit an das wir das gebuchte Zimmer nicht bekommen haben. Wir haben ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen, mit einer Ausblick zur Wand und an die Wäscheleine wo die Handtücher aufgehängt werden. Nachdem wir uns mit Expedia in Kontakt gesetzt haben hat er uns angeboten das wir am nächsten Tag ein Zimmer bekommen, aber nach einigen Stunden später hat der Mitarbeiter Baran uns gesagt das wir kein Zimmer bekommen, weil die Klimaanlage plötzlich defekt ist. Expedia hat mehrfach versucht die Unterkunft zu erreichen, aber seine Aussage war das er kein Englisch spricht. Dadurch sagte er das wir entweder in dem
Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bleiben oder das Hotel verlassen. Dazu war sein Verhalten von Anfang an respektlos. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, vor allem das Bad. Beim aus checken hat er uns gesagt das wir noch eine offene Rechnung haben, obwohl wir nichts extra gegessen oder getrunken haben. Eine Unterkunft mit abzocke!! Das einzige gute an der Unterkunft war nur das Frühstück.

Unsere Erwartungen wurde in diesem Hotel mehr als nur übertroffen. Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Essen, Zimmer, Reinigung und den ganzen Mitarbeitern. Ich danke Sakir für die tägliche gründliche Reinigung des Zimmers sowie danke ich Ömer und den anderen Hotel Angestellten für die aufmerksame Bedienung. Ich habe mich wie zuhause gefühlt.
