Hotel promedio, buena atencion, es un hotel pet friendly lo cual requiere una mayor atencion en la limpieza, habia pelos de perro en la habitacion, la alberca sucia parece le fallan los filtros.

Bad experience with the hotel management came out to the parking lot and told me that I owe more money because I had 2 small dogs. I told him that I paid thru Expedia.com and it said that your hotel was pet friendly and he said yes we are pet friendly but for extra cash! Also the toilet didn’t work well. I won’t stay there again.

Cuarto limpio cuando llegamos pero nunca limpiaron el cuarto de nuevo hasta que nos fuimos, incluso un día en que estuvimos fuera del cuarto desde las 2pm hasta la medianoche y pusimos el letrero indicando que queríamos que limpiaran el cuarto. y aún así no lo limpiaron.
El cuarto no tiene mini-refrigerador lo cual sería muy conveniente.
El estacionamiento no es muy espacioso y sí se llega a llenar con facilidad.
El personal es muy amable.
Por el precio que pagamos (aproximadamente 3k pesos la noche) creo que no vale mucho la pena.

El personal con una actitud muy nefasta, ni estába lleno , le falta más servicio al cliente , huele muy feo, a caño ..!! Le falta ventilación , no pueden abrir las ventanas y el aire acondicionado no enfría para los 2 cuartos.
