Pros:

This hotel is in the heart of Korean culture. You are surrounded by many Korean restaurants and bars. The hotel staff are efficient, friendly and always willing to help. The room was very large, comfortable and provided all the amenities required for a short and fun stay.

Everyone, at the front desk and restaurant, was helpful.
Bona and Mia were courteous and helpful. They provided me with tour guidance and suggestions. Marvin was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions.
The room service was also exceptional.
