There is a huge amount of construction going on near the hotel meaning the view from every room and public area is obscured by that of a dump site. The room was okay, however very flimsy see through curtains meaning anyone could see in at night. If there was a blind to use no one explained how to use it and it wasn’t obvious. Breakfast was average at best. My main complaint is that the sunloungers at the pool were absolutely filthy. In total I complained to 6 different members of staff about this and nothing was done. Easily fixed and inexcusable. Totally unacceptable for the price I paid to stay here. Would not return.

The parking was very bad. No organization. Construction in the front door which cause traffic.

I arrive at the hotel at 5 p.m and they checked me in at 7 p.m it’s was the most horrible. Unfriendly. Missed up night I stayed in a hotel,, never never to stay again.. the only thing was good in the hotel was the breakfast it was a huge. Delicious.. even the check out was horrible.. no one to help with the luggage,, not enough staff.. not polite.. bad crowded lobby

Took over an hour to get my car from Vallet because they lost my car keys

Manager Hazem didnt follow up or show up to resolve the issue

If this is how they handle small things like car parking, i can never imagine how they would handle an important event or celebration

Great service but the hotel is in pretty poor condition. It's very dated and in pretty poor condition for a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in 3 star hotels in better condition.
