Experiência diferente para conhecer Alcobaça
Pros:

A piscina interior do hotel era muito boa. O pequeno almoço tinha muita diversidade e qualidade nos produtos. A localização não poderia ser melhor para conhecer Alcobaça. O quarto tinha bastante espaço

Cons:

Os funcionário não eram muito prestáveis. A decoração do hotel era muito minimalista o que tornava o hotel muito frio e distante. Sendo um hotel de 5 estrelas era esperado ter piscina exterior. Hotel demasiado grande para ter apenas uma zona de escadas e elevador.

Alguma desilusão
Pros:

Um edifício lindíssimo em que se repita história. Nota-se que houve um cuidado grande para manter tudo o mais original possível

Cons:

Um falta tremenda de profissionalismo de muitos dos empregados, começando pelo o staff que nos recebeu no check-in. Um grande falta de cuidado, respeito e até sensibilidade. Curioso, que passei por cerca de 10 funcionários e só dois é que se dignaram a cumprimentar-me como mandas boa educação.
