Very comfortable, but not quite a five star experience.
Pros:

Great position, atmospheric historical building, comfortable bed and pillows. Spectacular and unique indoor pool and spa facilities.

Cons:

The decor was stark, possibly in the monastic tradition, but I felt it was a bit overdone with little soft furnishing or wall decor. The bar area had no ambiance at all.

Excellent-would recommend to anyone
Pros:

It was the nicest hotel we ever stayed in. Everything was beautiful-the building is exquisite. Then there were all lovely extra bits eg breakfast was fabulous, rooms clean and
the bed so comfortable, fluffy bath towels, water in a jar and cookies at reception for one to help themselves. A real treat💕

La rehabilitación es muy acertada. El silencio. La singularidad del lugar

Cons:

El personal. Muy antipático. Hablan lo justo. Y nadie sonríe. Te explican lo justo a la llegada como un “ rollo” aprendido y te sueltan a tu suerte. Teniendo en cuenta lo enorme que es el sitio es fácil desorientarse además. Las camas no son lo cómodas que se espera de un hotel de cinco estrellas. Pero no están mal

Beautiful building right in the centre of town.
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming, and the building is very impressive. It was nice to see all the features of the monastery kept. Breakfast was excellent. We had dinner there and the starters and desserts were amazing. The swimming-pool beautiful. It is also very well situated right in the centre.

Cons:

A shame that the walls and doors were very cheaply made or looked it anyway. A bit more class there would have been the cherry on the cake. For such a wonderful building, the rugs had stained and looked also very cheap. Just a bit of a let down on that side.

Pros:

Las habitaciones no son demasiado grandes pero los pasillos increíbles.
El poder aparcar gratis en el hotel es un plus.
El desayuno, realmente bueno. Los camareros muy atentos.

Cons:

La nevera era poco potente. Llevábamos medicación que debía conservarse convenientemente.
