Pros:

O hotel é excelente, as instalações estão todas reformadas como novas. O café da manhã é farto e com diversos produtos locais. A infraestrutura do hotel é excelente, camas e chuveiros confortáveis. O atendimento por parte dos funcionários foi impecável e rápido. A sensação de privacidade no hotel é algo ímpar e praticamente não se vê hóspedes pelo corredor dado o também do hotel.

Cons:

A falta de ferro de passar roupa nos quartos e a indisponibilidade dos mesmos foram o único ponto baixo. Existe serviço de engomaria porém o valor cobrado é um bastante salgado.

El edificio es una preciosidad y la reforma que han hecho en la parte del hotel es perfecta. La piscina cubierta una maravilla… el desayuno delicioso… enhorabuena!

A most unique hotel!
Pros:

A very unique property in a beautiful and historic setting. The building has been refurbished but the sense of purpose that it was originally built for still remains. The lightness and airiness of the hallways seems to instill a quietness despite the soaring ceilings. The room was very comfortable with a big bathroom. All the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

I felt the breakfast was lacking. While it looked impressive, the hot food was barely warm and the breads and a pastry I had were rather stale. I would have expected better food from a 5 star hotel.

Overall it was very good.
Pros:

Friendly staff with great restaurant suggestions.

Cons:

Some groundwork is being done next to the hotel during our stay. It was not pretty to look at from the breakfast room windows. Bulldozers and backhoes with piles of dirt.
However, when it is finished, I trust it will be as beautiful as the rest of the hotel.

The hotel's courtyard is a square patch of dirt lined with trees. No one was ever out there. What a missed opportunity to create a beautiful setting with grass or a stone patio, maybe a water feature, and a place for evening gatherings, drinks, dining outside, or listening to musicians.
