Beautiful building sympathetically made into hotel . Location amazing , beds comfortable.
We booked a pet room and paid more than a normal room to have this . However as we paid on leaving they asked for another 30 euros for our second tiny dog , which is fine but didn’t understand why the didn’t tell us at check-in it was more because of another dog ? Felt very cross about this as I had had a lot of chat with hotel beforehand also . Reception staff were very serious and not very friendly at all . The only place we had friendly service was the bar by our waiter , he was delightful .
Did feel that with pre dinner drinks is we should have been offered some sort of nuts or olives . So to summarise not sure I feel like we would go back because of the high cost of the dogs .

Natürlich die tolle Präsenz der klösterlichen Architektur. Den Indoor Pool kann man sicher als einmalig bezeichnen.
Die Rezeption war sehr hilfreich und freundlich.
Nicht ganz so toll war die Sauberkeit im Bad. Hier ist Luft nach oben.
Im Restaurant wäre ein souveräner Kellner besser aufgehoben als ein junges, durchaus bemühtes Mädchen.
Der absolute Schwachpunkt beim Frühstück war der Kaffee aus den Automaten. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern jemals so eine "Flüssigkeit" als Kaffee bekommen zu haben.
Dieselben Automaten produzieren in anderen Hotels trinkbarere Ergebnisse.

The building is stunning and location good. Self guided tours of the building would be a good addition to the stay.
The breakfast was average. The hard boiled eggs were cold would have loved a hot one. The coffee was poor.

El agua de la piscina está un poco fría para considerarse spa. Tener que salir a la sala más grande para el baño turco no es muy cómodo, porque está con los vestuarios y la climatización es complicada...

Très bel hôtel dans un environnement exceptionnel. Personnel très aimable, petit déjeuner excellent. Très belle chambre.
Malheureusement beaucoup de bruit dans la soirée de samedi par un groupe venu en séminaire. Nous avons fait des demandes au personnel qui a fait ce qu'il a pu ... mais cela a été long à se calmer .Des réunions bruyantes ne devraient pas être autorisées dans un tel lieu.

Lage und das historische Gebäude.
Zimmer. Badezimmer schön gemacht, aber ohne Fenster. War wie ein Würfel der ins Zimmer gestellt wurde. Das Zimmer war zum Parkplatz ausgerichtet und bei geöffneten Fenster laut. Ausserdem waren periodische Geräusche im Zimmer, zu hören, eventuell von einer Hebeanlage.
Wir wollten tauschen bzw. Upgraden, aber die Dame am Empfang erzählte uns es wäre nicht möglich, da wir über Booking.com gebucht hätten.
