There's lot to improve.
Pros:

I checked in at 10 am on 3rd March 2025, while checking in I was not told about the check out time, but next day morning by 9 am they started pestering me to check out without giving required time to pack even.

Cons:

The bath room, the water in the commode was continuously leaking in spite of informing the staff they didn't do anything about it, it was a criminal wastage of water, the exhaust fan was not working,
