Muy bien lugar pero no es considerable 4 estrellas sin un estacionamiento suficiente.
Pros:

El personal muy bien atentos todos, no hay problema con la limpieza y sobre todo el servicio de aguda, regaderas y limpieza del cuarto perfecto, la alberca aclimatada de lo mejor.

Cons:

No hay estacionamiento, si llevas vehículo y te hospedas por más de 4 días ten en cuenta que tú vehículo la pasará al menos 1 día en la calle, más de 40 habitaciones para 19 cajones de estacionamientos no es suficiente...
Agrega que el reglamento no se hace respetar ni para el area camastros ni albercas, al menos 2 días estuvieron consumiendo bebidas alcohólicas en la alberca e ingiriendo estupefacientes.

Clean place, good location, staff needs be better with communication
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and looked new.

Cons:

All the chairs were hard, no comfortable place to sit. The rooms need a couch. We booked a whale watching tour for 10:00 the next morning, we arrived at 9:45 to be told that we needed to give them the money before and they hadn’t booked it. We asked why they didn’t tell us this when we talked to them numerous times about it. We went in the 11:00 tour after we gave them the money. $600 pesos each, then we find out it was just down the beach from us and is only $500 pesos!
Same thing happened when we were leaving. We booked a taxi for 2:00 to take us to the Puerto Vallarta airport. We asked the front desk to make it earlier and sat around waiting. They told us we had to give them the money. When 2:00 arrived and we asked where our taxi was, they kept making excuses. We then got our money back and caught a taxi in the street.
Also no towels for the pool, we had to buy some.

Me gusto la propiedad, tiene sus instalaciones muy bonitas, la cocina muy equipada, el baño muy limpio, la camas bonitas y una decoracion muy bonita!
Su personal muy amable y las bebidas del restaurante muy ricas.

Sin duda vuelvo a ese lugar.

Stay away from this hotel, looks nice but built with low quality products
Pros:

Many problems with this hotel, we have been coming to Mexico for 20 years, PV, Nuevo, Bucerias and this by far was our worst experience. Construction from 6AM to 7:30 PM every day and no compensation for this, as we were not informed of the construction. Very expensive for what you get, the management is terrible and can’t make decisions. The other staff is great, I believe the management needs training. We will not be coming back and the rooms are not set up for long term stays, stay away from this hotel RB from Canada 🇨🇦
