Zimmer sehr eng. Fenster lässt sich kaum öffnen. Im Sommer viel zu heiss im Zimmer.

Cons:

Mal olor en el hotel era insoluble la pieza con olor a químico muy fuerte no tenían televisor y en la publicidad salía que sí tenía el dueño del hotel fue poco empático falta el respeto cero empatía no brinda soluciones adecuadas a las peticiones momentáneas un tipo agreste con incapacidad para dialogar con el cliente

En general fue una estancia muy linda y agradable.
Pros:

El personal muy amable y acogedor, excelente atención, desayuno muy rico, nos orientaron mucho en los restoranes y los tours, nos recomendaron un restaurant que fue excelente todo, exquisito(EL BOTE), de hecho fuimos en 2 oportunidades, en general una ciudad muy linda, si nos quedó pendiente visitar lugares, 100% vuelvo a Puerto Natales.

Cons:

Había muy poca agua fría, las almohadas un poco incomodas para dormir, su tamaño muy grande, y faltó un closet pequeño ya que nos faltó espacio para nuestra ropa y por último un frigobar para mantener agua fría para beber.

Ściany i sufity chyba z dykty - nawet było słychać jak ktoś piętro wyżej otwiera walizkę, nie pisząc już o chrapaniu, czy kasłaniu. Przy zameldowaniu zaznajamiasz się z zaleceniem, że od 23.00 do 7.00 masz obowiązkowo być cicho, jak mysz kościelna. Widok z okna na zardzewiały dach budynku obok,
