Competencia en Torres del Paine
Pros:

La atención por el personal siempre fue muy amena y agradable, dispuestos a ayudar y aconsejar en lo que podían, para hacer nuestra estancia más acogedora y aprovechar al máximo la estadía.
Fui con una amiga a una competencia y me ofrecieron el desayuno de ese día para llevar (me fui antes de la hora del desayuno), lo que encontré que fue un lindo detalle.
Ubicación muy central y conveniente.

Cons:

quizás faltaba un closet en la pieza y el hecho que la puerta del baño fuera tipo "reel" hacía que no se aislara casi nada el ruido del baño hacia la pieza.

Good except the terrible sound proofing.

Friendly staff. Clean. New build. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Very thin walls. Could hear everything from other rooms including speech and even bags being unzipped. Affects the feeling of being in a room very badly.

Convenient place to stay for one night in Puerto Natales
Pros:

Location was very good being close to the waterfront & walking distance from the Plaza de Armas. Also not far from the Bus station. Clean and compact.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite basic. Lift to upper floor not shown.

Great hotel for Paine
Pros:

The hotel's design is awesome - bright, new, clean, feeling pretty cozy inside. Breakfast is also great. It is pretty close to the downtown and restaurant. Can do laundry across the street.

I stored my luggages for a few days when went to the national park and come back stayed again.

Cons:

Room is not big and doesn't have a desk.

Comfortable private room in Natales
Pros:

Comfortable room, hot shower & a good breakfast

Cons:

Could hear people upstairs and in the hallways because walls/floor were not well insulated. Hotel did provide earplugs though.
