Pros:

The location is good. Easily accessible from highway. The staffs were friendly & co operative. The breakfast the provided was good.

Cons:

The entrance to the hotel is a bit inclined & difficult to enter & exit. The wifi reception was bad & unable to use. The tv was also not very good. Room could have been bigger. The cupboard location was not very convenient. A big concern was the window, it was not very secure & anyone from outside can enter as there were no grill to the window.

The room was good size.

Cons:

The washrooms were not clean. Had to call the reception 20 times for a bottle of water. Extremely slow services. Nothing was available in the hotel.

Change your supervisor and the place can be made heaven!
Pros:

The location was perfect for me as I had come for tasks in and around that area. Very near to Lulu Mall and Airport.

Cons:

The rooms were not properly cleaned with dust even on mirrors. Can't say the room was untidy. It looked clean, however there was no attention to detail. Bed linen was not fresh. The quilt had stains (fresh) and there were hairs on the bed sheet when I lifted the quilt. Shower stopped midway of my bath. Breakfast was awful. Will I visit this property again? Probably yes, if my stay is for a day and I am going to spend most of the time outdoors away from the property. For the money that you pay, and the location, may be I would consider going back there again if I have a need, in that location.
