Reception area quite dark and maybe lacked a welcoming reception area. Room could have been cleaner for a £400 per night room.

Great location in the old town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Big room. The rooftop terrace was nice.
The room was a bit dark and the only mirror was in the bathroom when it would have been useful to also have one in the room.

Location was amazing, we watched musical events from our balcony and stepped out of the front door of the hotel into bars full of local wine and pintxos.

Fantastic location, our room had a view on the basilica and a small balcony and the triple glass window was super effective, a quiet place in a buzzing area! Breakfast was also exceptional with a large variety of delicious tapas. Staff were friendly and room was spotless.
