The staff were all amazing. We had to make a rare call to 24hr reception which was responded to immediately!

the hotel was in a great location - right in the old town with lots of lovely restaurants, shops, bars, historical buildings and the beach nearby
disappointing that for the room rate paid, shampoo, conditioner and other basic toiletries were not provided. This seemed counter to everything else with our stay
De ligging is fantastisch, midden in het oude centrum en dichtbij haven en strand. Het ontbijt is ook meer dan geweldig.
Net voor uitchecken was er een brandalarm waardoor de lift niet werkte. Wij zaten op de zesde verdieping met veel bagage. De jongeman aan de receptie op dat moment bood niet eens aan om ons te helpen. Uiteindelijk heeft een hele vriendelijke dame van de schoonmaak ons geholpen alles naar beneden te brengen.
The staff and owner of the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The hotel itself is located on the best street in Old Town and decorated beautifully. The terrace upstairs provides a fabulous view and full evening sunshine for a late drink before heading out. We can't thank you enough for a fabulous break.

Loved being in the central area of the old town to experience the various Pintxos restaurants. The breakfast being included was an absolute bonus.

Our balcony opened to the basilica. It was so lovely. Great restaurants all within a block. The downtown, beach and great coffee shops nearby. Wonderful location.The rooftop balcony was small but nice. The staff were very helpful.
