Location is perfect to visit main attractions in San Sebastian. Room is big and clean with nice view on the church.
Towel service and toiletries can be improved.
Great location and clean room with lovely view
All good
The breakfasts were excellent with a wonderful choice.
My room was very small for the amount I paid.
The location was amazing, right in the heart of the old town with an abundance of restaurants, pubs, cafes and tapas.
The breakfast was excellent, amazing variety to suit all tastes.
The staff were friendly and helpful
Perfect location for our visit to San Sebastián.
Breakfast was a lovely addition too
We could not fault a thing.
Location was super central. Atari bar was wonderful. Great staff and food and drinks.
Particular shout to Mariano who was excellent.
Nothing - be mindful it’s located beside the Basilica so bells every hour!
I consider this very good location
Even if it was noisy outside, windows are very good quality. I would assemble some curtains for the privacy ( otherwise is too dark if you close window )
Amazing breakfast ( coffee, starters , sandwiches , personalized order)
Very clean.
I would put more toiletries (body lotion , conditioner shampoo because we didn’t have it in the room )
Not possible to connect normally coffee machine due to socket Location .
Ottima, di alta qualità con prodotti molto buoni e originali preparati al momento.
The decor was lovely and the location excellent
In the friday night it was really noisy outside the hotel until about 2am... but that's not the hotels fault, we had earplugs
Great location in old town. Breakfast was delicious, staff was great and very quiet despite being in middle of tourist area. We loved our balcony!
Loved it all.
Emplacement parfait personnel au petit soin, petit déjeuner de rêve courrez y
Rien
It was a central location in the old town great for visiting all the pinto bars and the beach and nearby shops .
The only small thing was the amount of hanging clothes space in the wardrobe . There were quite a few flies around in the breakfast area near the food .
Being able to open my balcony door and drink in sights and sounds of chiming bells of the Basilica de Santa Maria del Coro, was both joyous and calming. I was lucky enough to stay in room 401, which apparently was the room Robert Plant has stayed in. How did they know Led Zeppelin was my favorite childhood band?
The bed was firm as it should be, everything was sparkly clean, and the sheets and towels smelled heavenly. The breakfast was decent with yogurt, fresh fruits, meats, breads, and good coffee. I thought the room would be noisy as there are bars below and people were out late, but when the door/windows were closed, it was quiet.
Being able to step out the door and walk the old town was the best!!
My only disappointment was that even though it says they have air conditioning, they don’t. They will tell you it is the law that they can not turn it down, but it is not. No other hotel in Spain has had that rule. I don’t sleep well in the heat, so I didn’t get much sleep here. It didn’t get below 23/73 degrees.
