Pros:

Amazing hotel absolutely fantastic amazing friendly staff so lovely. We really enjoyed every minute from the fantastic helpful friendly staff to the 24 hour full tea coffee service. Fantastic breakfast. Amazing pool gym. Fantastic hotel in a great spot in Huntsville.

Cons:

Roads in are bad but I would not let you be put off by that the hotel far out ways this and not their fault it’s the building around there but it’s not intrusive once in the hotel.

New hotel with beautiful qualities

The road leading into the hotel was full of potholes and not easy to drive in or out

The hotel and staff were excellent

Cons:

The driveway into the Plaza where the hotel is located had extremely large pot holes there were so many they could not be avoided, they were also very deep which can cause car damage

Very disappointed with the cleanliness, will not return.
Pros:

Location was okay, building appeared to be fairly new.

Cons:

I was quite disappointed with the room cleanliness, items under the bed, visible dirt under cabinets, and fridge. Not what I would have expected in a $400 dollar a night room.

Pros:

We love staying here. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. We especially love that our room has a separation curtain. With 4 people getting ready, it is helpful to have another section to get dressed. The breakfast has something for everyone. We also appreciate that coffee, tea, hot chocolate is available all day long.

satisfactory stay … staff was charming, courteous and helpful
Pros:

Breakfast was poor - fruit didn’t look fresh ( brown bananas and oranges were hard and dry —- coffe was mediocre - eggs were cold … we do not eat sausages when we travel - often not cooked well enough but we would of appreciated another choice maybe bacon… we really didn’t have a hot breakfast …. Ended up with just yogurt cup

Breakfast … a fresh hot breakfast would have been appreciated.
We found that $75 to pay for our cocker spaniel ‘s stay for one night was a bit much … we usually pay around $40 ….we checked in at 3 pm slept overnight and left next morning around 9:30 am
