This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. If we come to Huntsville again, we will book here
Pros:

The location was good as it was accessible to everything with restaurants and stores within walking distance. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold options. The suite was a perfect layout and size.

Cons:

The wifi was temperamental at times, but we were able to watch Netflix (we bought our Firestick).

Overall good. But, house keeping didn't do their job on our second day.
Pros:

The room was big enough. Had no issues checking in. The breakfast options were expansive, even for vegetarians. We stayed for 2 nights. Location was great, close to the downtown and 15 min drive to the Ski area. Walmart is right opposite to the hotel.

Cons:

We had issues with our house keeping. For the second day, we didn't get house keeping and when I inquired with the reception, they didn't help. The answer i received was we dont have the staff at this time.

We have used this hotel since it opened and will continue to use it for our visit to Huntsville.
Pros:

Staff was very accommodating, breakfast is very good, pool is clean as are the facilities and the rooms.
