Fabulous stay! Great staff, and great location. A+
Pros:

The property was close to everything. The staff were knowledgeable and kind. We received an upgrade. The bed was so comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing negative is that you can’t really be dropped off at the front and the pool seemed to be out of commission with pool equipment being repaired right outside our window. But it was not a big problem at all.

Everything was excellent.
Pros:

Everything was excellent—from the staff's attitude and the service to the room itself. They allowed us to check in early and even gave us a room upgrade, which was perfect; we had been traveling for seven days, and our three-night stay with them—our final stop—truly made us feel right at home. We are very grateful. 100% recommended.

Pros:

Eduardo - Eddy was simply superb and very competent. He was all over the place and willing to assist with everything.

Cons:

Being conservationists we usually only ask for room cleaning once in a four or five day stay. However the day we specifically asked for cleaning, it was not done which is unacceptable. The housekeeping / cleaning staff needs to more aligned with the rest. The breakfast was the same everyday and were lacking decent vegetable options.

Un hotel de lujo con una esencia única
Pros:

Se siente un hotel de lujo con una estética muy particular vinculada con la música y la cultura. El personal es muy agradable y la habitación es super bonita.

El desayuno valía mucho la pena... sin duda son jamón ibérico fue de lo mejor.

Great experience
Pros:

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, good location and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious with both ordering and buffet. Loved the piano bar and had a good meal
