It was worth it
Pros:

Breakfast was good, it was possible to order a la carte. The location is very central and good. The pool area was quite cozy and the drink priced were reasonable. The hotel was clean and there was even live piano music during a breakfast. I slept well in the comfortable and soft bed.

Cons:

There was a construction site nearby, beneath our hotel room on the street. Plastic pipes loitering on the street. The view was not good as you can imagine. I had to specifically ask the hotel staff to reverse the preauthorization from my crefit card after checking out while waiting for the taxi after I noticed the preauthorization still existing. This was quite unusual and even a little bit alarming but the right amount was charged after all. My wife thought that there was a peculiar smell in the room but I did not think it was anything odd. The room itself was probably not 5 star, closer to 4.

Pros:

The hotel was at a great location. Just ofg puerta del sol. In addition it had a swimming pool with a bar which is hard to find in madrid. The roof top bar was also very good for afternoon drinks. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommened, will sure ve staying here on my next trip.

Pros:

Muy buenas las piezas, las sábanas, colchón y todo en la pieza.
El desayuno muy rico.
Muy buen concepto de hotel y teatro. Ojalá nos hubiera tocado algún espectáculo.

Dejligt centralt hotel.
Pros:

Super central beliggenhed. Dejlig pool.

Cons:

Roof top baren lukkede kl 22 og virkede ikke særlig besøgt. Synd man ikke kunne spise på den.

Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, la petite piscine sur le toit s avère très agréable pendant les fortes chaleurs. Le lit est confortable.

Cons:

Je trouve assez invraisemblable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles de ne pas disposer de fenêtres pouvant s ouvrir complètement. (On peut seulement les entre ouvrir de 20 cm) . Il n y a pas de poubelle dans la chambre, pas de peignoirs, pas de bouteilles d eau plates (seulement deux canettes gazeuses) , aucun produit d agrément offerts, le coin lavabo est très petit et collé au lit etc … pour 417 euros la nuit tout cela ne me semble pas à la hauteur du prix et du standing d’un soit disant 5 étoiles

Me encantó que absolutamente todo está al alcance a pie, desde que nos han recibido la experiencia fue top, una buena copa de cava, una hermosa habitación.

Cons:

Podría decir que faltaba salidas de baño.

The location it’s amazing,the breakfast it’s classic loved it.
They have a nice pool and great stuff there , I would like to mention ,Aharon he is a Maneger there ,he was so kind with me,and Belen from the gust experience gave me so many good recommended that she changed my all trip to best directions❤️ ,Alba from the pool bar gave the best service
