Superou nossas expectativas. O hotel é um luxo, com tudo super limpo. O restaurante é ótimo e com preços justos. O recepcionista que agendou nossos passeios (Omar) é incrivelmente gentil e atencioso, ele realmente fez a diferença! Fizemos os passeios com Hector, que também superou nossas expectativas.

Gran Hotel Victoria is a fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect, right in front of the park, with all services, restaurants, and shops just steps away. It makes everything very easy and convenient.
The pool is amazing and a great place to relax after a day out. The rooftop terrace is another highlight, offering a beautiful atmosphere to unwind and enjoy the view.
The room was very nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Everything felt fresh and welcoming.
The staff was kind and attentive throughout the stay, always ready to help with a smile. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, a great way to start the day.
I highly recommend Gran Hotel Victoria and would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend. Beautiful overnight stay.
Pros:

This hotel is gorgeous and definitely Grand. Highly recommend for an overnight in Rivas before a morning ferry to Ometepe. Rooms are beautiful, beds and linens lovely, and hot water showers were bliss.

Absolutely nothing.
