Great Location, Great Value For Money
Pros:

We were happy with the price, room and facilities. We walked to all the tourist sites in Sultanahmet and there was a grocery store just around the corner along with many eating places. Breakfast was fine, scrambled eggs and toast the staff were happy to help with food choices. We found Ramazen very helpful at giving advise on getting to places, he was amazing. We stayed twice ,8 nights as it was a good base. You can get a bus and tram to and from to the airport much cheaper than taxi. It was good to have a kettle in the room and bottled water supplied daily as you cannot drink tap water.It is a very clean modest place to stay, I would stay again.

Cons:

The room could be a little noisy but it is not on a main street .

The location is very suitable!
The variety of breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

Beds were clean, floor was poorly cleaned, the balcony was not taken care of. Although cosy and small, if you keep the floor and chair clean it would be nice.
Exchange the towels please, some have big holes.
