Everything about our stay at Marjan Plaza was fine until yesterday, when the Wi-Fi started disconnecting repeatedly. The problem has continued until now, despite me calling reception at least 10–15 times. Every time, I was told that someone would fix it, but nothing was resolved. Eventually, I was told that no IT staff member was available, so they couldn't do anything about it.

Honestly, this is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Things can go wrong at any hotel, and technical issues are understandable. However, what really matters is how the hotel handles these problems and treats its guests. Unfortunately, the customer service here has been among the worst I have ever experienced.

My advice to anyone considering staying here is to pray that nothing goes wrong during your stay, because if it does, don't expect proper support or a timely solution.

Everything else about the hotel was good, but the terrible customer service has seriously spoiled the experience. A hotel is not judged only by its facilities when everything is working perfectly; it is judged by how it treats its guests when something goes wrong. Marjan Plaza seriously needs to improve in this area.

الفندق قريب من شارع العرب المحلات والمطاعم والكوفيات متوفره والغرف من تكيف وسرير مريح ومتوفر فيه أدوات النظافه فالحمام وثلاجه الغرفه والشطاف

Cons:

We stayed here for the second time, the previous time was about two years ago and this was the last. I have never seen a carpet that dirty in my entire life, it was disgusting, pretty sure that some of the stains were blood, and no attemps to clean ut were taken. Our room was just above the entrance and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. The breakfast was substantially worse than it used to be - nothing to choose, coffee machine does not make even a basic cappucino and you have to wait in line even for a espresso with milk.

Abdulalaah who work there is a true gentleman.
Pros:

The breakfast absolutely beautiful.
Abdullah who works in the breakfast area was soo proud of his job, he was telling me what was what. Abdullah is a true gentleman and a honest person.
I would go there again because of him.

Тишина в номерах, очень чисто,персонал дружелюбный и готов помочь во всем.

Cons:

Ну разве что ресторан вечером переходит на индийскую кухню, честно на любителя)))в Грузии хочется грузинской кухни

Дважды останавливалась в этом отеле два года назад, и какая же огромная разница с этим годом.
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение и удобный, чистый номер.

Cons:

Равнодушное, пренебрежительное отношение персонала (клерки на ресепшене и работники в столовой), ужасный завтрак (не только само по себе скудное меню, но и постоянно пустые блюда, которые не спешили пополнять).
