Bed was comfortable.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. Very little placed out at once so you always had to wait for things to be filled up. Choice was minimal . Poor selection of meats and cheese in the morning. Very little fresh fruit which is a shame as the fruit looks so amazing in the shops. One coffee machine that worked occasionally.
Pool area had no towels for you so on one occasion my friend had to go back to the room dripping wet.
It’s a shame there wasn’t more attention to detail in areas as the hotel has potential to be much better than it is.

Rooms very hot, AC NOT working in room. Staff not friendly. Breakfast waste of money.

Rooms are very hot. Not sure if their was a problem with the air conditioning, we arrived and set it to 18C and the room would not go below 23. It was bery hot during the day and at night noone could sleep. I complained to the receptionist desk 2 different times and no resolution was made. The guy at the desk claimed he called the engineers to look at it but I hardly doubt it because 1. He was not sorry at all or showed any care when I told him it was hot all the way to the day we checked out and 2. He never followed up with us to see if it was any better as a courtesy as someone in Mgmt should have done.

So I would never stay here nor recommend it to anyone. It was super hot, staff not friendly at all and showed no care. When we arrived the room’s temperature inside was at 23-24C, with AC running/set to 18C, fan on High, the temperature NEVER dropped below 23.

Breakfast was horrible. Staff at breakfast were not nice nor hospitable. The hotel showed lack of Mgmt staff at the front desk and/or breakfast area, so that is why things were not good at all.

Frühstück kleine Auswahl, schwarzes Brot gab es nicht, Brot war sehr wenig vorhanden, wurde nur sehr zögerlich nachgelegt. Toastbrot war STandard.

Готель має дуже вдале розташування: поруч станція метро, багато чудових кафе та ресторанів, а сам район дуже гарний та приємний для прогулянок.
Сніданки були смачними. Окремо хочеться відзначити басейн — чистий, доглянутий і чудово підходить для відпочинку після насиченого дня.

Cons:

В номере не працював Wi-Fi.

В принципе, мы были там 3 ночи. Нам понравилось расположение, но надеемся, что до следующего нашего визита внесут измене

Расположение очень хорошее. Вокруг много магазинов, ресторанов с грузинской кухней, театр.

Cons:

Приехали мы к 12:00, была жара, сколько ни просили заселить пораньше, этого не сделали. Завтрак скудный. Каждое утро одно и то же. Ну а в конце добило то, что света не было и почему-то не работал стабилизатор и спускались пешком с 5-го этажа.

Our stay at the Marjan Plaza Hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Everything was flawless!
​Service & Staff: Outstanding! We were welcomed with big smiles and incredible hospitality. The staff is polite, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable at any hour.
​The Rooms: Spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable.
​Cleanliness: 10 out of 10! The entire hotel and our room were sparkling clean and spotless throughout our stay.
​The Food: The breakfast was fantastic—rich, fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options. A perfect way to start the day.

​Everything was simply perfect and of the highest quality. If you want peace of mind, genuine hospitality, and a top-tier stay in Tbilisi, this is the place to be. We will definitely come back!
