Great location. Lovely room and staff.

Everything! The room was huge and beautifully decorated. It was immaculately clean and they replaced the free water everyday, though the lovely staff offer you water whenever you return to the hotel.

As a terrible Spanish speaker it was a relief that everyone spoke great English and they were always so friendly and helpful. I was given free mezcal as a nightcap one night and given tips on restaurants and Ubers.

It’s in the lovely Roma Norte district which is packed with lovely cafes, restaurants and boutiques. It really is very cool. You can walk to everything you need and I felt totally safe even at night as a solo female traveller.

There’s even a tiny ballet studio that they let me use for a morning workout.

I just wished I’d been able to stay for longer.

Our king room was surprisingly spacious with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Soundproof windows kept out street noise so we had a good sleep.
The whole property is stylish with a variety of common spaces. Bright interior “courtyard” where coffee/tea and snacks are always available. Huge rooftop deck with lots of seating. Everything is comfortable and cozy.
All the staff were super helpful (carrying our bags up the stairs and local recommendations) and friendly.
A few years ago, we stayed at NaNa Vida in Oaxaca and loved the experience. The Mexico City location did not disappoint!

So much thought has gone into creating a wonderful, welcoming and beautiful space for visitors to Mexico City. The staff is warm and kind; it felt like staying with friends! Really appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea and pan dulce, and Mezcal bar. The beds are very comfy and the shower pressure is excellent. Rooms and public spaces are spotless. And it’s the first hotel I’ve stayed at where I received a lovely gift!

Amazing stay in CDMX. First timers to the city, the location and neighborhood of Roma Norte was great, hotel was clean, cute and relaxed… the staff outstanding! We had such great service always; special thanks to Sergio, Alex and Olivia. The extra touches of gifted soaps & coffee at check out were greatly appreciated. Coffee, tea, pastries, water, coke, Gatorade and mezcal was always available and included. Roof top patio was nice to relax on and catch some sun after a day of touring around. (We bought beverages and snacks to enjoy) Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return! Your Canadian Friends are grateful for your hospitality! 🇨🇦

Amazing experience all around

Beautiful, clean, spacious room but what made it so great was the friendly staff making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we messed, and offered advice on the local area. The gifts were also a lovely touch.

The hotel is beautiful, located in the heart of Roma with walking distance to everything. All the details in Mexican decour are beautiful and genuine (as a Mexican). The room was also impeccably clean. But for sure, the best thing of the hotel is its personnel. Everyone was exceptionally friendly. Thank you!
