What an amazing hotel and staff! They always provided us with support when we needed it :)! My parents only want to book
Pros:

The staff were so kind and helped us out whenever we needed support! We felt the extreme hospitality since we arrived. We appreciated the soap we received at arrival and the departing gift! We will definitely be booking here whenever we are in Mexico City!!

Pros:

Everything was amazing! The location, the room, the staff. There were always water and sparkling water available, some snacks for late or early check in/out.
There is a really cute terrace to drink your coffee at.
They even gave us amazing welcome gifts! We extended by 2 more nights. They upgraded us because it was our honeymoon, and that is really kind.

A gem - an elevated experience from the staff to the fine touches
Pros:

The space is bright and beautiful. A great combination of modern and old. So many nods to Mexican craft and culture. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Roof top patio is beautiful. Neighborhood has everything and is green and beautiful to walk around in

Friendly and welcoming staff, the room was very comfortable! Excellent location in Roma Norte!
Pros:

The location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go (by Uber or just walking around)...The building and room were charming with a comfortable bed, excellent shower, and cool artwork (with a QR code to provide info about local artists). The staff couldn't be kinder!

Cons:

Really nothing not to like. It was as expected! It's not a luxury hotel, nor did we need or want that. The staff made us feel right at home and that was worth it.

Pros:

Das NaNaVida ist das beste Hotel, das wir seit langem besucht haben. Das Personal ist super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine “Bar de dulces” und kostenloses Wasser, Sodas, Mezcal sowie eine tolle Dachterrasse und Gemeinschaftsräume. Das Zimmer war schön, gross und blitzsauber und die Lage top (in der Nähe von vielen bars und Restaurants gelegen und trotzdem ruhig). Sogar Café de Olla gab es gratis. Das nächste Mal wenn wir in CDMX sind kommen wir garantiert wieder hier hin.

Fabulous location. Wonderful staff.
Pros:

The super friendly and helpful staff were wonderful. The "extras" (guest gifts like soap, huipil from local makers), and always available Mexican candy & Mezcal bar, areas to lounge, were such a happy surprise.

Cons:

I would have liked a room in the back which might have been more quiet but it wasn't the biggest deal.
