NaNa Vida CDMX

I cannot say enough positive things about Nana Vida CDMX! This hotel is truly exceptional and stands out from anywhere I have ever stayed. The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and willing to help with anything. I especially want to thank Sergio and, I believe, Alex for all of their time and help during our stay!

My niece and I stayed at Nana Vida to celebrate her high school graduation, her 18th birthday, and my 33rd birthday. Much of our trip was also planned around seeing Harry Styles in concert, so this was already a very special trip for us—and Nana Vida somehow made it even more memorable.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was incredible. We were welcomed with drinks and gifted specialty handcrafted soap. When we entered our room, we were completely surprised to find fresh flowers, a cake, and personalized cards congratulating my niece on her graduation and wishing us both happy birthdays. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something I have never experienced at another hotel.

The staff also helped us arrange transportation to pick us up after the Harry Styles concert, which was incredibly helpful. Getting out of a huge concert can be stressful, especially in a city you’re visiting, and knowing we had a safe, prearranged ride back to the hotel really put our minds at ease.

The hotel itself is just as special. The location is fantastic—close to so many cute cafés and shops and surrounded by incredible street art. I loved that Nana Vida brings that same local character inside, with work from local street artists featured throughout the hotel. There’s also an amazing rooftop, complimentary beverages throughout your stay—including Coke Zero (the Diet Coke girls get it!)—a Mexican candy bar where you can try different treats, and even a mezcal station.

And somehow, the hospitality didn’t stop when we checked out. They sent us home with even more local gifts and coffee!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially thanks to the wonderful crew. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, always happy to give useful tips and recommendations. I also had an issue caused by heavy rain during my stay, and they handled it very professionally and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated.

The location is also excellent, right in Roma Norte, close to plenty of great restaurants, bars and cafés, while still being well connected to the airport and other areas of the city.

Overall, a very pleasant stay — I would happily come back!

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is beautifully maintained, welcoming, and in an excellent location for exploring the beautiful (and safe) Roma Norte neighborhood.

The staff is truly kind and helpful. Every time we came back, they would ask if we wanted something to drink, with no extra charge. They also provide umbrellas for the rainy season and are always happy to give recommendations and helpful advice. Truly excellent service!

There is also a coffee station with packaged pastries, which is a nice option if you don’t want to spend money on breakfast outside.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, alle Mitarbeitenden waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet & das Zimmer war sehr groß. Es gab 24h Wasser , Cola und Kaffee. Außerdem ist das Hotel toll gelegen.

Camere ampie e accoglienti

The staff was always available, everyone was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the bottled water offered throughout our stay. The room was an average size but our bathroom was huge. The property has an artsy, funky feel to it but it is very clean and well run. There are a lot of walkable restaurants and bars nearby in their Roma Norte neighborhood. I loved seeing everyone out walking there dogs!

Great location, nice rooms and incredibly attentive and considerate staff. We stayed here several times and the team was always extremely friendly and helpful.
The beds were firm enough and the pillows soft enough for our preferences, which is not the standard in Mexico and was a big plus for us.
