전반적으로 만족스러웠어요. 다음에 여수에 올 일 있으면 또 올듯
Pros:

출장으로 방문했는데 객실을 업그레이드해 주셔서 욕조가 있는 방에서 편하게 지내다 왔어요. 직원분들도 모두 친절하셨습니다.

그래도 이름 있는 호텔이라 그런지 객실 관리나 세세한 부분에서 확실히 만족스러웠습니다. 객실 이용 안내도 따로 프린트해서 주셨고, 록시땅 어메니티도 좋았어요. 컵도 먼지가 들어가지 않도록 하나하나 덮개가 씌워져 있는 점이 인상적이었습니다.

무엇보다 객실 상태가 정말 깨끗했어요. 가구나 침구에 얼룩이나 사용감이 거의 느껴지지 않을 정도로 깔끔했고, 전체적으로 새것처럼 잘 관리되어 있었습니다. 냉장고 소음도 거의 없어서 밤에 조용히 쉬기 좋았어요.

Cons:

다만 4시에 체크인을 했는데, 사람이 많아 대기가 10명 이상 있었습니다. 체크인까지 10분정도 대기했어요. 다만 체크인 직원분들도 3~4분 정도 계시고 번호표& 카톡으로 안내가 와서 괜찮았습니다. 그냥 인기 많은 곳이라 그런가보다 했어요.

조식도 퀄리티는 좋았는데, 가성비 생각하면 가격대비 아쉽긴 했습니다. 아무래도 조식이라서 가짓수가 일인당 3만원 정도 하는 뷔페 정도로 풍성하진 않았어요. (조식 패키지등을 이용해서 저렴하게 이용하실수 있다면 추천해요!) 호텔 이름값도 있고, 가족끼리 혹은 친구들끼리 여행왔다면 아쉽지 않을 가격인데, 다음에 오면 조식은 굳이 안 먹을듯 해요. 한번 먹어봤으니 만족합니다.
