A bit impersonal and when the room was made up
On the second day no toilet roll was left and the water wasn’t even replaced. The reception person did apologise but we came back late so it wasn’t a good impression that was left

Chambre en rez de chaussée très austère, bruyante, collée au local baggage. Fenetre donnant directement sur un mur. Annonce trompeuse (double économique sans préciser ces détails). Nous avons quitté le logement au bout de trois heures.

Great deal for this hotel in a convenient part of London to visit attractions and enjoy the central parts of the city. Only walking distance from many important places to visit or just few underground or bus stops.
Well equipped rooms. We appreciated tea and muffins offered by the managers and their kindness.

Cons:

Room was tiny and the queen bed is suited for small persons or one adult and one child.
