La atención del personal del Hotel es inigualable
Pros:

Un aspecto muy destacable de este Hotel es la calidad, profesionalismo y excelente atención de todo su personal. Quisiera destacar a Hector, Gabriel, Alejandra, Lorena, Katherine y Roberto, que solo son una parte de todo el equipo, pero ellos siempre están preocupados de que la estadía sea lo mejor. Muchas gracias por el trabajo que hacen, felicitaciones!!

Es un buen lugar para disfrutar una semana
Pros:

Buena ubicación, habitación cómoda, amabilidad de recepción. A pasos de costanera, playa, restoranes y bares. Desayuno variado.

Cons:

Poco cuidado cuando realizan limpieza en habitación. Dañaron mi cargador e hice el reclamo respectivo en recepción. Tuve la impresión que no era la primera vez que ocurría algo similar.

Pros:

Cuando cancelé la reserva durante el check in, solicite que se pagara tambien el desayuno. Cuando fuimos el dia siguiente a tomar desayuno, nos dijieron que no se habia pagado, haciendonos pasar un momento incomodo.

Very good.
Pros:

In general everything was ok, the cleanliness, the room, the restaurant, the breakfast, etc.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise in the room because of the traffic. In other hotel the windows are with double panel, so the noise is not a problem

Muy buena Ubicacción, cerca de supermercado,Bco (cajeros), farmacias, locomoción y playa; ademas habitación muy comoda.
