Good location, everyone had their own restroom, nice atmosphere
Have stayed there several times prior and there was never an issue. But this time, brown stains were on one of the bedspreads, all three restrooms weren't properly cleaned.
The place was cozy
The sheets were dirty and we had to wash them when we got there, but thankfully the room had a washer dryer Combe for us to use. It was in a very loud location as well
Felt like a fresh remodel. Close to everything.
Stairs 😆
Easy location
It’s next to a major road. The headboard is shoved up against all window and you hear everything outside. Might as well have had my head on sidewalk. Didn’t sleep one night. Also none of the blinds worked so couldn’t open them.
The size of the apartment and the ease of check-in/check-out were great. Much of the apartment was clean (the carpet seemed almost brand new). Having three separate bathrooms was very helpful for our family. The area around the apartment was great, and the lady who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The parking was great, and it was very easy to get everything in and out of our room.
The apartment beds seemed smaller than a typical queen-size bed (they seemed more like full-size beds), and the rooms only had vinyl mini-blinds to block out the very bright light from the parking lot. If we had been staying more than one night, I would have had to find some way to block out the light. While the overall apartment was clean, there were a couple of towels/rags that had very obvious stains on them that should just be taken out of circulation. Again, if we were staying more than one night, I would have brought it to the attention of management, but it was not worth mentioning for a one-night stay. Several of the mini-blinds were also in pretty bad shape and in need of repair.
Roomy & clean
Dumpster at bottom of steps on one side to access room floors
The 2 bedroom apartment was amazing! Very clean, comfortable and good sized. And it includes a washer and dryer in the unit!

Everything was great, no complaints
Just the over all ability of being in such a nice hotel n still be close to home
The bed was very comfortable. The unit used to be an apartment so had plenty of room. Lots of natural light. Couldn’t get much closer to the college. Price was reasonable.
Where do I begin? At reception the girl wanted to make a copy of my drivers license. The copy went into an unsecured drawer where anyone at the desk could help themselves. I asked what eventually happened to the copies and she said they get filled away. I told her I was not interested in the potential of identify theft and would not give her a copy of my ID. She was good about it and did not take a copy. I did let her look at my drivers license (like all major hotel chains require)to confirm I was the person who placed the booking. The front of the building was very clean. The back of the building was not. This is where you had to park. I should say there were a few parking spots in the front. Not sure when or even if the concrete in the back has ever been cleaned. Definitely needed a good scrub. The apartment itself was mostly clean, but the linens had stains on them and hair on the bed as well as hairs all through the bathtub. The unit needed maintenance in several areas. Definitely needed some room darkening curtains. There is dishware in the room but only one of everything. There was also only three pillows on the bed. With two people in the room, we decided we needed to ask for one more pillow, glass and coffee mug. The girl at the desk tried to explain this and what I believe she was trying to say is they only put out as much as the number of people staying in the room. This means the room would normally accommodate one person. My wife and I would have both have felt better if there was a safety lock on the door. While I have nothing to prove this, I have seen a trend where nice places are bought up by people who are simply looking to turn a profit and spend as little amount on the property as possible. I cannot say that this is what is happening at the Wabash, but I get that impression. The pictures on Booking’s website do not reflect all of the conditions at the hotel.
Spacious
The carpet was just shampooed so it was still wet. We almost fell on the tile floor a couple times
