Amazing hotel
Pros:

A wonderful hotel with very attentive staff. I would especially like to thank Flaminia, she organized all our restaurant, theatre, and museum reservations.

Cons:

Under the windows of our room 111, staff started talking loudly from 7am and from 8 am noisy construction work began. Otherwise, it’s a very good place with excellent service and restaurants.

Sie hat uns unglaublich gut unterstützt und uns während unserer gesamten Reise begleitet. Egal, wie groß oder klein unser Anliegen war, sie hat sich um jedes Detail gekümmert.

Dank ihr war unser Aufenthalt nicht nur komfortabel, sondern wirklich unvergesslich. Solch eine Fürsorge, Hingabe und Herzlichkeit findet man heutzutage nur noch selten.
