When you are travelling with family assurity of booking is important they cancelled the stay at the last moment when you are their with your family. not trustworth at all. I would not suggest it to any one. Worst and pathetic experience

Residential area
Location of the property was good but that's applicable to any other property in the district.
1. Booking done for two three bed rooms, was told on arrival that one three bed and one two bed room is only available.
2. Both rooms had strong musty smell on entering which was persistent throughout the stay.
3. No ventilation in one room at all compounding the obnoxious smell, on requesting a change of room, it was clearly denied that all rooms are booked whereas entire property had locks dangling through our stay.
4. Electrical items and appliances were either not there or were unserviceable. Only one 20 watt bulb in the rooms for the night. AC remote missing in the other. No exhausts in the bathroom of one room another one didn't work. Shower was the most unique experience, it radiated water like the sun omnidirectionally, the one standing below will take an hour to even get the body wet, similar was for the bidet shower, the spray will go everywhere else other than the place intended.
5. Maintenance and cleanliness was shoddy - cobwebs, cockroaches, torn bedsheets and persistent odor in the bathroom.
6. One complimentary 1 liter water bottle per day per room with no indication of drinking water anywhere in the property. Either buy water or fend for yourself.
7. No power backup, got delayed due to morning power cut when we were about to check out. Staff didn't even have any alt arrangements like candles, or were not inclined to assist.
8. Staff was neither present physically nor on phone call despite informing a night prior for checkout time. Left the keys at the reception and dropped a whataspp msg which was read but never responded to.
9. Biggest red flag is absence of a dining facility inside or within a two km radius of the property.
10. Overall a pathetic experience of stay which was slightly eased by the beautiful district, picturesque locations and our enthusiasm for the first time visit.
