I stay for 2 days and everything was perfect. The personal is really attentive and welcoming. The room is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s just 3 blocks from the Metro and the neighborhood is really beatiful and safe.
I definitely recommend this hotel!

Kleines Hotel im Zentrum. Leider war das Familienzimmer für 4 Personen sehr klein und direkt neben dem Aufzug (Lärm im Zimmer). Zu Fuß war alles sehr gut erreichbar.
Zimmer war abgewohnt und die reinigung könnte besser sein (Haare am Boden, Dusche). Personal war sehr freundlich.

I booked a ten night stay which was done approximately two months before I was due to travel and had explained to the hotel that I was a wheelchair user, they informed me that they had a room for me at the entrance level and although they had three steps to enter the building they will help me any time I needed help, five days before I was due to arrive they told me to change the room as the room I booked in is not accessible and I would need to pay an extra £200 to have a double room but only if it's available on my arrival at the hotel, so basically if the room wasn't available I would have been stuck, they refused to refund the money so that I can book into another hotel, however I booked into the holiday Inn at hotel.com refunded £400 out of the £466 I had paid to this badly managed hotel, I also had to pay approximately another £200 to the holiday Inn which meant I am now about £266 out of pocket which I hoping to get back from hotel.com.
Absolutely pathetic hotel management who caused me a lot of stress, AVOID.

This was undoubtedly one of the best experiences that i have had a a hotel. The room was immaculate, everything was newer and well laid out. The hotel was conveniently located close to everything. There is a coffee bar right acrosd the street and even a full supermarket at the corner of the street. There are so many places to eat and shop and the train station is a 3min walk.
Most importantly the service was exceptional. Onur was amazing. In fact every member of the team was super nice, helpful and professional. If you want 5-star treatment then this is where you must stay. I cannot think of anywhere else that i would want to stay if i visit Istanbul again.

Wir wurden in der sehr herzlich empfangen worden, und uns wurde früh checkIn ermöglicht.
Beide Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich, nett und Hilfsbereit. Beide haben uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr geholfen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Hotel ist 2 Minuten von Cembetlitas Straßenbahn (T1) zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zentral. Ruhig! Sehr nette Gebäude! Klima, Wasser… alles, was ein Gast braucht, ist vorhanden. Sauber ist auf jeden Fall!

This is a super clean hotel in the heart of Istanbul. The hotel room had very beautiful comfortable furniture and the bathroom was so new, clean, and well maintained. All staff members were so friendly and helpful, always welcome you with a nice smiling face. The hotel is located within a short walking distance to Hagia Sophia and many other major attractions in the Istanbul historical district. Certainly I will use this hotel again.

Mohammed was a very nice host for us here at this hotel. He did say it was a fairly new property so for that being said it all of the amenities were almost brand new everything was perfect. The rooms were cozy and the AC was working very very well. He also helped us with taxi rides and local restaurant suggestions so that was awesome. Thank you definitely will recommend this place again.
