A személyzet fantasztikus. Kedvesek, segítőkészek, a születésnapomon úgy díszítették fel a szobánkat, hogy a lélegzetem is elállt. A reggeli korrekt, éhen nem marad senki. Tojás, valami zöldségféle, narancslé, lekvár, kávé minden nap volt.
A bútor a teraszon eléggé rozsdás volt, nem mertünk ráülni.
Breakfast was not good. Soap was not available in the toilet
Very much beautiful. Aesthetic. Even though no elevator and room intercom. But these two are not actually required because of the supportive staffs.

El staff es muy amable, sobre todo el chico de mantenimiento.
No recomiendo este hotel porque es caro para lo que ofrece. El hotel en sí es cutre, el desayuno regulero, las puertas se cierran a portazos y siempre hay gente entrando y saliendo por lo que es muy dificil dormir por la noche, las paredes son de papel y no cuidan nada los detalles. Otros hoteles en Madivas cuidan a sus clientes y en este tienes que pedirles que te ayuden y a menudo te informan regular de las cosas.
Nos ayudaron concibas cosas. Limpieza impecable.

Lo que mas me gusto sin duda fue el trato del personal del hotel. El desayuno normal.
Las instalaciones estan poco cuidadas. Deberian poner un poco mas de atención en la limpieza y los muebles e instalciones.

Location was amazing. Everything needed was on walking distance. Very centric and, it was not noisy as other main parts of the island. Staff were great.
Balcony was not what was expected. a bit narrow and view was limited. Breakfast is very basic and if you are not early, the food is cold and not as fresh.

The room size. Big. The view from the balcony was very beautiful. The bed quite comfortable
The breakfast, not so many choices.The water is so so slow that it took forever to fill up the bathtub. And no hot water. At the end,we only use the rain shower.
When I arrived at the property. The television was broken. I was not informed that it was broken before my arrival nornwas I informed the sla was under maintenance. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do.
I feel like the hotel should have given us a percentage off of what I paid becuase we had amenities that were not working. Normally I would not watch TV but due to bad weather I wanted to stay in and watch tv and I could not do so. The hotel managers boss has terrible service and does not care about the customer. I will never stay here again. I also noticed we were not offered a welcome drink but another couple that showed up did receive welcome drink.
Thank you so much Shiyaz for taking care of us for breakfast and lunch/dinner ! So kind and attentive, he’s a gem ! We will miss our stay and his service. Lovely boutique hotel, the sea view rooms are wonderful and few steps away from bikini beach !
