Esta bien solo especifiquen que tiene que dejar un deposito porque eso fue incomodo.

Es bastante amplia, super comoda, puedes llegar a pie a una de las plazas como en 20 min, perfecta para llegar a descansar

Me entregaron una toalla rota, el sofá cama no estaba limpio, solo te dan un papel de baño y un poco de servilletas, a la salida me cobraron la limpieza del sillon una funda qué tenia un logo como de gato, el disque desmanchado de toallas, te piden deposito al entrar y todo para que al final busque pretextos y no te lo devuelvan, no es un lugar familiar, todo el tiempo huele a mota, mariguana o no se que tanto fuman, los espacios común huelen a orines de perro, porque dejan meter perros. No lo recomiendo para nada menos para la familia. Llega mucho extranjero, parejas y chavos.

Hacía mucho calor en el cuarto no tienen aire solo un ventilador súper ruidoso.

La habitación decente y todo lo que involucra, el detalle son las personas de la recepción y el encarcardo del lugar, son personas muy despotas, mal educados y agresivos. Por una cuestión médica me tome mayor tiempo para hacer el checkout y a pesar de no negarme a pagar la cuota de latecheckout hicieron cosas muy graves como invadir mi habitación con el pretexto de revisar que todo estuviera en ordon, escondieron la llave de la hab para intentar cobrar una multa de más de 900 pesos y por error no recogí mi id que deje en garantía, al regresar volvieron ha hacerla pérdida y me hicieron esperar mucho tiempo. Me da todas la impresión que hacen todo lo anterior para aprovecharse se los huéspedes y sacar dinero inventado cosas y presionando para que uno acceda a sus demandas corruptas de multas. El encargado del lugar es muy agresivo y no tiene ningún sentido de empatía con las personas, me sentí en algún momento intimidado y con miedo a sufrir una agresion física. Lastima por el lugar porque es agradable, económico y había pasado excelentes estancias ahí

When I got there, they pressed me to leave a "deposit" in cash because conveniently their terminal was not working. They never provided a receipt. When I checked out, I handed over the key and they said, that´s it, nothing else and never said anything about my deposit. I asked them about it and said they will give me back my deposit about 50 minutes later since they needed to "inspect" the property. First of all, if I would have not remember anything about my deposit in cash they wouldn´t have said ANYTHING and probably, they wanted to keep the money since it was in cash. They never mentioned anything about having to wait that time when I checked-in. That was unacceptable, had to cancel the uber, my meeting and after 30 minutes after pressuring them they gave me back my 500 pesos. The guys at the frontdesk do not communicate, they had the intention of keeping the money. They are watching their TIK-TOKS without even making eye contact or listening so they can help you by answering questions. They have the attitude that they are making you a favor. ASK for a receipt, ALWAYS! Also, please know that the street is full of mechanical auto shops and its not that great when you need to walk.....

Also, there was another guest in reception that he was being charged for things he said he didn´t make, make sure you take photos of everything so you can have evidence of how the property is when you check in because he sounded convincing enough that he regreted not having evidence:(

OPara que te lo devuelvan, el recepcionista sube a la habitación a ver que "no falte nada"les toma de 10 a 15 minutos y ya entonces, te devuelven el deposito si eres capaz de mostrar el recibo ya sea digital o impreso.
Por eso el check out no es nada bueno.
La habitancion bonita, recién remodelada, pero no tiene aire acondicionado, solo 1 ventilador

Nice place to be and good location, but not daily amenities like hotel, Coffee, housekeeping. Etc. Not welcoming staff. Cold.

Beautiful rooms and we were lucky to get one with roof access. Escandón is a good choice to be close to everything but while being a bit more off the tourist beaten path. Very safe area and nice people.

Muy cómoda, me volvería a hospedar aquí siempre que venga a CDMX. Solo me gustaría que saliera más agua de la regadera.

Al llegar me solicitaron un depósito de 500 pesos por no haber reservado con Airbnb. Pienso que lo deberían reflejar en la página de alguna forma
