Never will stay at the establishment again
Cons:

Felt like I was trying to be scammed. Why would I pay a deposit for my room that wasnt even let known until I was there and room was paid for for and the deposit costs more than my room . And staff was very rude and could care less that they are scamming people.

The staff was super friendly! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. It was a great stay!
Cons:

Breakfast needs a little more variety for hot food. It would have been nice to have pancakes as an option and maybe potatoes at least one day. Give people the option even if it’s packaged grits and oatmeal instead of just oatmeal everyday.

The room was very nice and cozy. Everything was very clean and staff was very accommodating

Cons:

The pool was very very small and was frigid cold. The neighborhood was.. questionable. The breakfast was.. lower quality than I've had at other hotels

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this property and our expectations are met every time.
Pros:

Hotel is kept clean overall which is nice. Each time we stay here the general volume of guests seems to be kept low as well which shows the hotel tends to attract considerate guests. The breakfast isn't great by any means, but considering it's included with the fair price that you pay for the hotel stay, it's palatable and meets my expectations.

Cons:

Wish this continental style breakfasts could just be of a slightly better quality. The eggs are always the worst part, yet the part I'd like the most if the quality was better. I'd be happy to spend an extra $10-$15 per night if it meant the quality of the breakfast was upgraded.
