Pros:

The Lemonary was a really chic boutique hotel with all the services provided to their guests including spas and hammam as we requested. It was a lovely property with huge gardens, sitting areas, restaurant and cute cats accompanying us around. The rooms were huge with private garden and balcony as we booked two different types of room. The place was really peaceful and serene. It was a really good stay.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about the property, however, as the hotel was outside of the main Marrakech town, we had to take the taxi every time. But given we got to enjoy the facilities in the hotel, it was not a big issue.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : le confort, la propreté, le service et l’accueil.

Nous souhaitons particulièrement remercier Kawtar, la réceptionniste, pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité. Elle a été très accueillante et toujours prête à nous aider, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Ich habe dieses Hotel für meine Familie und mich gebucht und bin wie nie zuvor maßlos enttäuscht worden!!!!!
Zunächst einmal stimmen die Bilder auf den Buchungsportalen nicht mit der Realität überein - das kennt man ja und man ist nicht mehr überrascht dass bei persönlicher Besichtigung alles anders, meisst schlechter ist, als man sich das vorgestellt hat.
Bei diesem Hotel stimmt jedoch gar nichts mit der Realität überein. Schon bei der Hinfahrt fährt man die letzten Kilometer über eine Weg, der dem Begriff Feldweg nicht verdient, da man höchstens von einer Reifenspur sprechen kann, die sich in einem Acker gegraben hat, und das über eine Länge von geschätzt 2-3 Kilometern.
Das Hotel liegt mit ca. 25 km extrem weit entfernt von Marrakesch und wer nicht selbst mobil ist hat quasi keine Chance während seines/ihres Aufenthalts einen Abstecher in die „Zivilsation“ zu machen, geschweige denn irgendwo im Umkreis von 10 - 15 km z.B ein Restaurant für ein Abendessen zu finden. Die Anfahrt von Downtown Marrakesch benötigt mindestens 45 - 60 Minuten, je nach Verkehrslage! Ein abendlicher Ausflug nach Marrakesch ist praktisch ausgeschlossen!
Das Hotel selber wirkt auf den ersten Blick ganz nett - bei genauerer Betrachtung lässt jedoch die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, da es bspw. im Zimmer stinkt und man findet viele Unzulänglichkeiten, die einem Hotel mit diesem Anspruch nicht entsprechen.
Wer sich entscheidet im Hotel sein Abendessen einzunehmen muss ca. 1,5 Stunden vorher bestellen und die Küche schließt frühzeitig, ca. 21.30 + -.
Der Pool ist sehr klein und bspw. Ballspielen ist nicht erlaubt !
Die angebotene Privatsphäre ist nicht vorhanden!
Der Parkplatz ist eng und verspricht dass Dein Kfz nicht unbeschädigt bleibt während Du dort parkst.
Ich war vor Ort, hatte eine Suite gebucht, doch der angebotene Privatpool existierte nicht.

Un oasis pour les familles

Personnel très accueillant et chaleureux.

Piscine bien entretenue, ma fille a adoré.

Un petit conseil: pour les gens qui connaissent pas l’hôtel, envoyer un plan d’accès illustré pour trouver la porte.

Dans mon cas, où je cherchais à me déconnecter un peu de la ville, c'était parfait : calme, propre, et le personnel est aux petits soins, notamment Imad et Driss.

Je repasserai sans doute, inshallah !

Cons:

À vrai dire, tout est très bien. En guise de suggestion, il serait peut-être intéressant de varier davantage le menu et de prévoir quelques plats adaptés aux enfants.

Pour le dire simplement : c'est un petit paradis que l'on quitte à regret.

Cet établissement est une véritable merveille, tant par la qualité de ses infrastructures et de ses hébergements que par son offre gastronomique, sa piscine et la beauté de ses espaces communs. Tout y est d'une propreté irréprochable et offre un confort absolu. Ce qui sublime l'expérience, c'est avant tout l'excellence du personnel. Un grand merci à Mme Kawthar ainsi qu'à Messieurs Imad et Idriss pour leur disponibilité constante, leur écoute attentive, leur respect et leur grand professionnalisme. Cet hôtel est un véritable havre de paix où l'on se sent immédiatement à l'aise et en toute sécurité, au milieu d'une clientèle tout aussi agréable et distinguée.
