Woodspring Suites Littleton-South Denver

A/C worked. Beds were uncomfortable, room was somewhat dirty, and took an hour for check in. I don't recommend this hotel at all. It's right off the highway so it is so loud! Motorcycles and trucks taking off right at the light down below were blaring into the night. Good luck sleeping. Room gave me the creeps since it wasn't cleaned really good, and the lady at the front desk said they were way behind. You could tell they rushed through everything. No shampoo and conditioner, coffee pot etc because it's an extended stay I guess? Doesn't have a blow dryer. No little store to buy stuff if you forget something. Just not a place i would ever recommend to anyone. Does not have the comforts of home even in the slightest. Very unprofessional. Never again.

This is an economy property, I was a bit surprised at the lack of anything to support the kitchen that comes with the room. If you've stayed here before, then you won't be disappointed. If you're expecting cookware, plates, silverware, apparently you have to buy a dish pack for these items. The check-in was flawless and quick. The receptionist was friendly and very informative. Property is in very good shape, walls a bit thin so hoping that there won't be noise to interrupt sleep.

The room was moderately, clean, dust balls, and leaves were under the furniture. The front desk had an overwhelming smell of cleaner as I walked in.

Just needed a one night get away. Staff were great and the room was very clean.

Room was freezing cold, everything seemed extremely cheap, quality was absolutely bare minimum. Not comfortable at all, more just a place to crash with a roof over your head. The light in my first room would not turn off. I had to call the front desk around 11:30 at night to switch rooms. And then the next room the light also was messed up! For a while it also would not turn off until I was able to basically short out the switch on the wall by tweaking it into a specific position. Guests were locked out of the front door late at night and no one could get into the building until we called and a staff member came to unlock the door.

Shower floor was very dirty with hair upon arrival. Very noisy building so it was hard to sleep

Really the worst experience ever. We had to check out early and they refused to refund (we had a reservation for 4 weeks). Expedia got involved and they refunded. But then they told us the entire stay was cancelled and we had to pay cash for the time we did stay (we insisted on a receipt). And they then again debited our card with the same “cash amount. We called HQ and they confirmed it was a mistake but to speak to the manager. Extremely dishonest. They clean rooms maybe every 2 weeks, No utensils. Noisy, very unsafe and hard to get hold of front desk or any staff for that matter. I wish I could give it a 0 star

Smelled like weed in the lobby. Room was nice and clean. No weed smell. However in the morning there was a random guy sleeping in the couch in the lobby. Weird

Nice location for me...near the South Platte Trail and off the 285. Great staff. Well done!

Highway was pretty loud, but they have strawberry Fanta in the vending machine, so whatever. Nice place, nice staff.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for an event and did not spend much time at the hotel. But the staff was very helpful. We were near our event and all the stores and restaurants. The hotel was pet friendly. We had a full sized refrigerator. We were very pleased.

Cops there every 2 hours, had to go to front desk to get clean towels and TOILET PAPER. Very rude staff!! People in the parking lot smoking weed and saying to one of our family members that he was going to kick his a**, just walking by minding his own business. Not clean. The pictures were very misleading!

No help from staff

I was removed from the hotel after reporting multiple attempted break ins to my room. I was deemed a problem customer and overall liability to other guests and the hotel. I have a pic of the lock halfway unlocked after the upper latch was undone earlier that day while taking a nap. The manager said herself she would kick people out for simply an arguement because she doesnt need to deal with any drama. Nice place. Poor staff - friendly until they arent. Oh, and heres the photo of the lock undone and not a joke. If a pic is blacked out it means something very dark happened and is evidence from a realm that we arent supposed to know about. Or more exactly, you arent supposed to know about. Not me. Im burdened and im tired and want to set down this bag of bricks i carry for humanity but i cant and wont. And i dont even like people. Ive lived the american dream and that dream is gone. Im now getting kicked out of hotels for being harassed by beings from multiple realms at the same time while getting foreclosure notices on the half million dollar house i cant pay for because these hotels get all my money. What a great life i have. When i look in the mirror i either see a broken man with a heart or a man with a broken heart. People say 3-4 times a week that god told them to talk to me. I didnt want any of this. I want it to stop. And now im moved to a 4th hotel in 3 months because im being harassed by 4 groups of entities from at least 2 different realms.
