Hotel Aldea Pura Vida

No parking as described during reservation process. I was disrespected by owner for being an assertive woman.
Constantly calling another person to solve simple issues. One time visit, no return patron. Not happy.

A nice location by the beach. The rooms are behind a restaurant, keeping it quieter. The accommodations are older with rooms that show some wear, but that’s a minor cosmetic concern. it’s a fine place to stay!

I loved the location, the beach, the street vendors. The water is beautiful and warm. We went swimming at night, it was great. The staff was very nice, just didn't seem very knowledgeable. Breakfast was great also. There is a shower by where there park the cars to rinse off from the ocean.

Room is very small and basic, does have air conditioning, however only bedsheets and the bottom one came off. Wifi only available in restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our room was clean and had towels. The staff was great and the location was awesome. Those are the positives. The room is not plumbed for hot water, just sheets and no blankets

This place is the best!!! I felt safe, great owner, great employees, always kind and helpful. Spectacular view of the ocean. Plus the food is great. Everything is done with care and quality.

Me presenté al hotel y la Srita de Recepción me cobraron $15 más caro de cómo estaba en las aplicaciones .

Por lo que eligi está aplicación para realizar mi reserva , la habitación tenía muy mal olor y la cama tenía pulgas o purrujas que me tenían toda picada .

En la tarde se me apeteció un café en el restaurante del hotel por lo que fui a comprarlo y para mí sorpresa me dijeron que no había café , asombroso que Costa Rica no tenga café donde los ticos somos conocidos por ser cafeteros .

Lo que es el desayuno es de baja calidad y solo te sirven una Taza de café .

Por lo que opté no reservar más e irme aún lugar más cómodo y con café.

Pésimo internet.

Amazing staff and service!

Property was not clean at all. Property needs a lotttt of repairs to bring it up to bare minimum standard. Room and bathroom was very small. Room had smeared black marks on walls, and they had a very strong smell due to mof balls they have in room and bathroom. They have people living there and we’re very loud at night so we could not sleep. We had to buy ice at the restaurant to have cold water. no amenities in the room. No parking so we parked road side and walked to the hotel. I would never stay at this property again.

El parqueo uno detras del otro es imposible, eso no es parqueo, uno no se puede parquear sin que haya que mover a todos los del hotel

For some reason, the address given for the hotel did not match where it was located. A kind person asked if we needed help and gave us google translated directions for where the hotel actually was, 1 km away. Once we got there, everything went well with check in and accommodations.

The rooms had good AC but the bathroom sanitizer smell overpowering. Very basic but clean. Not a luxury option but very satisfactory and great price for quality. The staff was super and very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was good and breakfast was a nice variety. A great option should we visit again. Pura Vida!

This hotel is across from the beach and free breakfast included, however bathrooms in poor shape and beds uncomfortable with only one sheet to sleep with. Hostess was kind and helped with parking. We came after dark and couldn’t find a parking spot close by. We felt like we were an inconvenience at the restaurant for breakfast but the food was good.

No lo recomiendo.
Mal servicio al cliente, sin agua en la habitación., toda la luz del pasillo traspasa las cortinas...

La ducha del baño no estaba bien, se requiere que la cambien. También hace falta un momentito e le para poner la ropa.
