Super hotel, personeel mag wel een training klantvriendelijkheid krijgen

Personeel is te makkelijk het zal misschien het hele trendy gebeuren zijn waardoor dit gevoel versterkt word, bij inchecken voelde ik mezelf totaal niet welkom, er waren wat mensen aan de bar verder niemand bij de erg rommelige waar ik later achter kwam dat dit de receptie moest zijn.
Ik werd niet aangesproken, moest zelf iemand daar aanspreken dat ik graag wilde inchecken en kwam er toe achter dat de computer achter de bar was.
Nacht top geslapen alles verder perfect
Volgende ochtend ontbijt was goed in orde alleen dat personeel ze waren heel gezellig met z’n 3-en in een cluppie aan het kletsen en lachen
Een goede leidinggevende kan daar wonderen verrichten.!

Für kurzen Aufenthalt gutes hotel
Pros:

Sehr nettes personal. Sehr ruhig nachts. nur 2 stationen vom HBF. Im nebengebäude ist ein LIDL

Cons:

Dafür, dass es weder einen wasserkocher, noch einen kühlschrank oder eine ablagefläche für klamotten gibt, is der Preis von über 90€ die nacht in meinen augen nicht gerade günstig. 19€ fürs frühstück finde ich auch ganz schön teuer

Leider ist es wohl nicht gewünscht oder wird es für als nicht relevant gewertet, dem Gast eine Perspektive zu geben, mit welchem Aufkommen bei der jeweiligen aktuellen Belegung beim Frühstück zu rechnen ist > Platzmangel bzw. das Gedränge ist absolut unangenehm. 🤨
