Al llegar nos dan la opción de irnos a otro hotel pues el aire acondicionado no funcionaba.Decidimos quedarnos pues estábamos cansados y sin ganas de buscar otro hotel ( con eso juegan)
Al día siguiente,les estan explicando lo mismo a otros clientes y su respuesta es...."otra vez ". O sea el aire acondicionado NO FUNCIONA NUNCA

Die Klimaanlage fiel aus, es war fast nicht auszuhalten in dem Zimmer, da lüften nicht möglich war. Im Prinzip hätte ich erwartet, dass es eine Kostenerstattung gibt.
