Convenience and over-the-top service experiences
Pros:

I love food here - so variety, delicious. It is friendly for people who are not familiar with authentic Indian cuisine yet and the staff were very nice.

Cons:

The room wall is quite thin. I could here all noises around my room even my neighbors were laughing. I mean it was really loud so we also afraid that - would they hear us as well?

Pros:

Everyone on the staff was amazing. Right from Amit at the front desk who arranged for our airport transfers, Sultan, Lem, Aaron and Sonali in the restaurant, everybody went above and beyond. They were amazing and provided exceptional service. They are truly an asset to the Marriott Organization. My family and I now have a place to stay in Mumbai for our next visit. Keep up the amazing work.

Pros:

we loved the breakfast and the good service at the Hotel. The view from the romm was amazing. We could see Chattrapati Shivaji maharaji international airport. We could see landing and take off from the roof terrace and Gym room. The facility is amazing. we like to visit again. Entrance staff were very helpful in checkin and Bags. The Ambience is very welcoming.

They have around 205 rooms but they can’t accommodate persons of 40 rooms in their sitting area of resturant !
Excessive rush results in poor food ! No refill of buffets ! Poor quality of food and service

Its good to stay there for 2 nights. satisfied
Pros:

I checked in for my Online exam. Because i got uninterrupted wifi which was minimum requirement for the exam. Mr. Kailash from IT team helped me to provide high speed internet for exam. I completed my exam without any wifi issue. However this is my second time to this hotel. I liked it. All staffs are very respectful and polite and very friendly.
