Pros:

The bed was soft, the Wi-Fi worked well. In the evening, there was a beautiful sunset view over the sea.

Cons:

There are always shady people near the entrance. There's a large parking lot and a construction site nearby. The ad didn't show a full view from the window, but in reality, all you see is unsightly buildings. The light fixtures in the room were broken.

Świetna lokalizacja, znakomity kontakt z właścicielem.
Mimo wielu negatywnych opinii ogólnie o budynkach orbi miałam mieszane uczucia ale nie potrzebnie! Obiekt spełnił moje oczekiwania. Przestronny, znakomity widok na miasto i morze. W pokoju lodówka, mikrofala, płyta indukcyjna, czajnik i wszelkie niezbędne sprzęty.

Cons:

Można jedynie odrobinę przyczepić się do czystości - po prawej stronie za kanapą przy oknie przyklejona guma do żucia.

Pros:

Чудове розташування - до моря пару хвилин, поруч хороші ресторани, шикарний вид з вікна.

Cons:

Впіймати ліфт - ще та задача. Номер досить "потертий" (фото не відповідають актуальному стану) і місцями не дуже добре прибраний (ванна кімната, матрац на ліжку)

Lokalizacja. Blisko do mniej turystycznej dzielnicy z lokalnym jedzeniem. Piękny widok za dnia i w nocy. Obiekt z dostępem do plaży. Leżaki i parasole dostępne za opłatą ok 30 Lari za komplet. To jest bardzo komercyjna dzielnica i trzeba mieć świadomość, że będzie imprezowo, ale wyciszenie okien działało. Generalnie naprawdę warto.

System podnajmowanych apartamentów obsługiwanych przez agentów, których nawet nie obchodzi stan pokoju.Czekaliśmy do 20.00 aby posprzatano pokój po poprzednikach i zmieniomo pościel.Musieliśmy wielokrotnie dzwonić w tej sprawie Zmarnowano nam wieczór. Agent kasuje opłatę z góry gotówką przed wejściem i znika. Recepcja budynku nie odpowiada za ten apartament. Brak ręki gospodarza. Wyposażenie niewymieniane nieuzupełniane. Nieusunieta pieśń z brzegów kabiny. Spalona deska do prasowania, uszkodzone, żelazko tylko jeden kieliszek do wina. Tak naprawdę kilka godzin pracy, niewielki nakład i byłoby super. A tak zostało wrażenie braku profesjonalizmu, niedbałość przypadkowgo inwestora. Windy to strata czasu. Ale to było wiadome i jest winą projektanta budynku a nie właściciela.

Comfortable stay with helpful staff, despite elevator waits and a brief power cut
Pros:

Our room was in the newer Block D, with modern facilities, a spacious layout, and a balcony with a lovely view. The staff were very responsive and attentive, which made our stay well organized and pleasant.

Cons:

Since the building has 47 floors, there were occasional queues for the elevators. Once, the electricity was switched off due to technical reasons (affecting all Orbi City blocks), but it lasted no more than an hour. The staff were helpful with communication and follow-up.

В целом я довольна, за эти деньги прекрасный вариант.
Pros:

Удобное местоположение. Море рядом, магазины рядом.
Очень приятные менеджеры. На все вопросы отвечают быстро и помогают с любой проблемой .
Соотношение цены и качества неплохое. В номере было всё необходимое.
Читала много негативных отзывов за лифты, но у нас проблем с этим не было. Максимально ожидали лифт 5 минут.

Cons:

Ванная была плохо убрана, постельное было с дырками. Шторы всегда обрывались из-за сломаного карниза.

View was great.
Very close to sea.

Cons:

Shower had issues and appartment has some smell.
Hot water is limited ammount.
Enormous ammount of people and waiting time in lifts alough they are 6x.
There is smell even when you enter main building.
Very overcrowded.
THERE WAS NO PARKING IN 1 KM DISTANCE. So I had to park in a kilometer away and then go by taxi)
