Cons:

There are very few playground facilities for children. The room smelled unpleasant when we entered. I booked two rooms, but the welcome cake and drinks were only available in one.

Overall it is a good and comfortable stay. the spa within the hotel is excellent.
Pros:

Excellent with the spread, staffs are so friendly and helpful. the ambient is good that does not give a must rush mindset. it is relaxing and still can work at the same time while enjoying the breakfast.

Cons:

the pastry and drink counter is a bit far from the dining areas. guests have difficulties finding them unless they are frequent guests of the hotel who are already familiar with the food spread orientation.

Wunderbar, Respektvoll und einfach eine schöne Zeit.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, unglaublich schöne Lobby und ein Frühstück, was ich so noch nicht gesehen habe. Aber das beste an diesem Haus - war die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Hotel Personals und das wirklich ausnahmslos, sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen und erlebt. Vielen Dank !!!

Felt very welcome at the Hotel because of the Staff

Amazing Staff, super professional and welcoming. Great Bar with Live Music.
