Pros:

Очень красивый и эстетичный отель, красивые номера, все в зелени, каждый день проходят различные занятия (йога, стрельба из лука и т.д.)

Cons:

Еда своеобразная, вегетарианцам поесть практически нечего
Море не для купания, но это проблема не отеля, а бухты в целом

Buen hotel pero no pensado para extranjeros.
Pros:

El diseño del hotel, la configuración de la habitación, la tranquilidad

Cons:

Se fumaba dentro del hotel: vimos a gente fumando en la piscina , en las terrazas y alguna colilla en el baño. Como esfumadores nos resultó MUY desgaradable.
El personal del Seacatch fue muy irrespetuoso con nosotros. Inluso llegó a reirse de cuando hacíamos el esfuerzo de decir alguna palabra en China. No volvería jamas al Seacatch solo por eso.
My muy difícil de comunicarse con el personal en inglés.

Very nice stay for a family of three.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and has stylish decoration. We are very happy with the various activities for kids and adults as well. Another remarkable experience is the fire show of the night, you will never want to miss it! The only drawback I can think of is that the location of the hotel is a bit far from the nearest food mall or shopping area.

Cons:

The towels in the room were changed everyday but I find them don’t smell very fresh.

Великолепная территория и завтраки, современные стильные номера и крайне внимательный персонал, не хватало только моря д
Pros:

Шикарная разнообразная территория отеля, прекрасные виды с верхних этажей на море, великолепный завтрак, разнообразные программы и развлечения.

Cons:

Море недоступно для купания, нет удобств на пляже (только платформа, 5 шезлонгов и довольно грязно).

Cons:

离沙滩一条马路 沙滩那边就比较简陋了 儿童泳池冬天不是全开放 餐厅比较贵的 我们定的房间有送拍摄到最后都没人联系我们

Prachtige ruime kamer, erg aardige en behulpzame staf. Royale zwembaden, strand achter het hotel aan overzijde van de weg. Erg goede lokatie. Fiets gehuurd bij de lokale GIANT dealer ,aanrader !

On the whole a great hotel, partially let down by the food. However, we would stay again.
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel, modern and very well designed. The room was a good size and very clean with comfortable beds and bedding. The shower was good with nice towels. The grounds are very large and beautifully kept, like a tropical horticultural park. Swimming pools are excellent, especially for kids, and there are indoor and outdoor activities for them as well. The nearby beach is very beautiful and very quiet, however swimming is not advisable due to the strong currents. The staff do not speak much English but they have translation apps and we managed OK. The cleaning staff are good and very helpful. Breakfast on the whole is good, especially, and understandably for Chinese guests, with lots of hot options.

Cons:

For westerners like myself breakfast was not so good. The plates are cold, which is not a good start, and most of the 'hot' food was barely warm. Omelettes would have been nice, but the guy cooking them seemed unable to make one that wasn't raw and runny in the middle. We had a problem with the food we ordered from room service where it was badly presented. What was supposed to be crispy food was covered in cling film so that it was actually soggy by the time it got to us. We had two bad experiences in the Hainan Chinese restaurant. On the first occasion, the sweet and sour pork was ruined because the pork itself was what seemed to be just cartilage. When we complained, the waiter was unable to cut through a piece of it with a knife. So that was sent back. On the second occasion, we ordered a different dish and stated specifically that we didn't want any chili. The waiter noted this, but the chef ignored the request, and instead we got a very hot dish. So that was returned as well. There are other restaurants within the hotel, but we didn't give them another chance. It's a shame that the food wasn't up to the standard we expected, but all was not lost as there are food outlets and a KFC in the Fantasy Town theme park about 20 minutes walk away.  There is also a street food market about 40 minutes walk away.
We would have rated the hotel 10/10 if the food was better.
