Very nice stay for a family of three.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and has stylish decoration. We are very happy with the various activities for kids and adults as well. Another remarkable experience is the fire show of the night, you will never want to miss it! The only drawback I can think of is that the location of the hotel is a bit far from the nearest food mall or shopping area.

Cons:

The towels in the room were changed everyday but I find them don’t smell very fresh.

Шикарная разнообразная территория отеля, прекрасные виды с верхних этажей на море, великолепный завтрак, разнообразные программы и развлечения.

Cons:

Море недоступно для купания, нет удобств на пляже (только платформа, 5 шезлонгов и довольно грязно).

Prachtige ruime kamer, erg aardige en behulpzame staf. Royale zwembaden, strand achter het hotel aan overzijde van de weg. Erg goede lokatie. Fiets gehuurd bij de lokale GIANT dealer ,aanrader !

On the whole a great hotel, partially let down by the food. However, we would stay again.
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel, modern and very well designed. The room was a good size and very clean with comfortable beds and bedding. The shower was good with nice towels. The grounds are very large and beautifully kept, like a tropical horticultural park. Swimming pools are excellent, especially for kids, and there are indoor and outdoor activities for them as well. The nearby beach is very beautiful and very quiet, however swimming is not advisable due to the strong currents. The staff do not speak much English but they have translation apps and we managed OK. The cleaning staff are good and very helpful. Breakfast on the whole is good, especially, and understandably for Chinese guests, with lots of hot options.

Cons:

For westerners like myself breakfast was not so good. The plates are cold, which is not a good start, and most of the 'hot' food was barely warm. Omelettes would have been nice, but the guy cooking them seemed unable to make one that wasn't raw and runny in the middle. We had a problem with the food we ordered from room service where it was badly presented. What was supposed to be crispy food was covered in cling film so that it was actually soggy by the time it got to us. We had two bad experiences in the Hainan Chinese restaurant. On the first occasion, the sweet and sour pork was ruined because the pork itself was what seemed to be just cartilage. When we complained, the waiter was unable to cut through a piece of it with a knife. So that was sent back. On the second occasion, we ordered a different dish and stated specifically that we didn't want any chili. The waiter noted this, but the chef ignored the request, and instead we got a very hot dish. So that was returned as well. There are other restaurants within the hotel, but we didn't give them another chance. It's a shame that the food wasn't up to the standard we expected, but all was not lost as there are food outlets and a KFC in the Fantasy Town theme park about 20 minutes walk away.  There is also a street food market about 40 minutes walk away.
We would have rated the hotel 10/10 if the food was better.

Pros:

Приличный завтрак, есть как и китайская, так и европейская еда! Пользовались услугами прачечной - постирали и погладили все отлично! Сам отель новый, номер соответствует фото.

Cons:

Приходили на завтрак к 10:00, невозможно было найти чистый стол, там просто не убирают столы после завтрака, из персонала одна официантка, которая в целом не вывозит такой объем.
Расположение ужасное, новый район, никакой инфраструктуры рядом, моря по сути нет, пляж не обустроен.
Январь - низкий сезон, отель не работал на полную мощность, часть декораций с водой высушены, бассейн холодный.
С 15:00 до 18:30 в отеле просто невозможно нигде поесть, не работает ни один ресторан, в рум сервис тоже почти нечего нельзя заказать из нормальной еды.
На ресепшен не говорят по английски, только с переводчиком, ужасно не удобно коммуницировать.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

First of all, the breakfast was very disappointing. It felt like I was in another country rather than in China, and it did not meet my expectations at all.

Secondly, the organization of the sea water projects is very poor. Even basic things are not done properly, and everything feels disorganized and unprofessional.

I was especially disappointed with the transportation service. At the beginning of my stay, a driver was provided to take us to and from the sea, but at the end I had to take a taxi 🤦🏻‍♀️.
This kind of attitude toward guests who pay for your services is unacceptable.

For people who value their time, I do not recommend staying or relaxing here
