A wonderful stay with lovely staff, a great room, and a perfect location in Hanoi.
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They offer airport transfers, a travel agency service, great local recommendations, and even currency exchange at a very good rate. The room was great, and the location was perfect, with some excellent bánh mì and phở places just around the corner.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. We had a great stay.

The best thing about the hotel is the room. It is small but very well designed. The housekeeping staff are very efficient, and the hotel is generally clean.

Cons:

The website states that breakfast is included, but when you arrive at the hotel, they tell you that your room does not include breakfast, once you payed for It, If you go to breakfast after 8:30 a.m., almost everything is gone and they do not replenish the food. For à la carte service, you have to go and ask at the front desk or figure it out yourself, since there are no waiters outside attending to guests.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is very convenient for us to explore the old town. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is superb! Will want to stay here again if I go to Hanoi again.

Pros:

Brilliant hotel in the middle of the old quarter. My partner and I felt like royalty the entire time. The rooms were immaculate & very clean. There is also a buffet breakfast and restaurant with Vietnamese and Western food. Special shout out to Hana and Tim at the front desk, super helpful and always so happy.

Great stay in Hanoi
Pros:

Highly recommend this hotel. Very convenient location in the old quarter of Hanoi with walking distance to Hoàn Kiem lake. And staffs there are very friendly, provide incredible service. The room is spacious, well maintained and the food is great. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Hanoi

Conveniently located in the old town, close to the lake, the puppet theater, the train station, and museums. It's a cozy, quiet hotel; where it is pleasant to be, there is an opportunity to rest and relax; we slept well. Spacious rooms with everything you need are very clean. Excellent service and friendly staff. Considering the location, room size, amenities, and level of service, I think it's a good value.
