Good stay at the hotel. Arrived pretty late but had 24hr staff on. Got laundry done the same day. Would stay there again

Brekkie had a good selection. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Awesome laundry service

A great option for your Hanoi Old Quarter stay
Pros:

Location is great in the Old Quarter. Breakfast options were good and food was nice. The original room we booked ended up not being that suitable for our 5 night stay (no fault of the hotel) but it was no problem at all with the staff to change rooms. We were very happy with the second room. Staff were friendly, one young man in particular spoke amazing english which was a big help. We also booked a Halong Bay trip through the hotel and it was brilliant. (Orchard 2 night Cruise)

Cons:

Digging deep on this one... check the salt & pepper shakers more often to ensure they are full and they work. 😂Other than that - no complaints at all

Great staff hospitality
Pros:

The hotel is located in the center of the old quarter, very convenient. Breakfast is very nice with many options for vegetarian. Room is clean, and nicely decorated. Staff are helpful and supportive . They have been exceptionally helpful. Wonderful hospitality.

During my stay at Vacanza Premier Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and the hotel's prime location. Situated in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, it provided easy access to Dong Xuan markets and major attractions. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above an beyond to ensure my comfort. They assisted me in setting up the grab app, making transportation around the city seamless and helping me avoid potential taxi scams. My room was immaculate, with daily replenishment of bottle of water, tea and coffee. The breakfast offerings were diverse, featuring delicious options like beef and chicken pho. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Great spot central to Old Quarter!
Pros:

Fantastic location and excellent staff. They were super helpful with any requests and helped us book a tour to Ha Long Bay. We got upgraded and chose to stay with a room that had street facing windows which was well worth it. Found due to the noise restrictions the room was quiet and slept well here. Thanks team!

Excellent service and comfortable stay
Pros:

Love the service from all the staff at Vacanza Premier Hotel, they were very helpful from check in till we left, especially Lucy who was very attentive to details and made our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The location is very strategic, walkable to most areas of interest and a variety of food options nearby. Room is clean and spacious, facilities well maintained. Would return here the next time.
