Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed here during our visit in Hanoi and had a very pleasant stay and experience. The location is perfect with the markets being in a walking distance and the rooms were also well maintained. Special shout out to the hotel staff right from the reception to housekeeping to hotel restaurant. Everyone was really sweet and friendly and would recommend this to anyone visiting Hanoi

Bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placée, bon rapport qualité prix, la chambre est bien équipée et propre.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner avec des produits pas d’une grande qualité, de plus nous avons retrouvé des fourmis à deux reprises dans les céréales.
Les photos sont pas forcément fidèles à la réalité malgré que l’hôtel reste très correct.

Great hotel with great location
Pros:

From the moment I arrived was greeted and made most welcome.
Location couldn't be better right in the heart of the old Quarter and around 8 minute walk to lake.
Room was fabulous and clean with a small balcony. Located down a tree lined street so very little traffic and got a good night sleep.

Good stay at the hotel. Arrived pretty late but had 24hr staff on. Got laundry done the same day. Would stay there again

Posizione centrale, buona colazione e personale disponibile. La lavanderia è stata rapidissima.

Cons:

Purtroppo rispetto ad altri hotel di Hanoi, il rapporto qualità prezzo non è dei migliori. La camera era piccolina e senza finestra
