Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The room was incredibly cozy and felt like something out of a dream. Beautifully designed, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Everyone was warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, mainly because of the poor parking management and the unprofessional attitude of some staff members.
From the moment I arrived, there were no available parking spaces. I asked the valet staff, and they informed me that the hotel had an underground parking garage. However, when I drove to the entrance, I was told that I could not enter without an access card.
I provided my ID and room number, but instead of allowing me access, I was told that I first needed to obtain a parking access card from the reception desk. When I requested the card, I was told it would be delivered to me within 10 minutes. I waited for more than 30 minutes, yet no one came and no solution was provided.
After following up several times, I was then told that the underground parking was reserved exclusively for valet staff and that hotel guests were not allowed to park there themselves. When I asked why, I was simply told, “It’s the hotel’s policy.” If that is the policy, then why advertise that the hotel provides parking for its guests when guests are not actually allowed to use it?
What made the situation even more frustrating was that I personally saw other guests driving into the underground parking. When I asked why they were allowed to enter while I was not, I was told that they had been staying at the hotel for a longer period. This explanation made no sense. Why should there be different rules for guests based on the length of their stay? More importantly, why wasn’t this policy explained to me from the beginning instead of wasting my time sending me back and forth between reception and the valet staff? If they had been transparent from the start, I would not have spent over 30 minutes waiting for nothing.
The attitude of some of the staff at the parking entrance was also disappointing. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and failed to provide any reasonable explanation or practical solution.
Our stay was exceptional in every possible way.
The moment we stepped inside, the stunning luxurious lobby set the tone for what became an unforgettable experience. The concierge team delivered outstanding service, and the doorman’s striking attire — the Black Tech Blazer paired with Black Tech Trousers and a top hat — immediately captured my attention and prepared me mentally for the level of luxury that awaited us.
The hotel was so impressive that we ended up booking an additional room for the children; they loved it so much that they didn’t want to return home as originally planned. We enjoyed the pools, savored delicious food by the water, and had both dinner and breakfast in the beautiful courtyard on the ground floor.
Everything was truly remarkable.
This is a fantastic, world‑class hotel, and we will definitely be returning.
Only the outside view from our rooms was not that great. That is the only negative thing. However, this was not significant or impacted us in any way.
