In general it was good.
Cons:

It took the hotel staff 45 minutes to bring to my room the food I ordered via delivery apps. Because it was cold, I had to make a new order and went down myself to pick it up. They told me that it’s not their responsibility to take the food up to customers rooms.

I had a wonderful experience at Swissôtel Living Jeddah Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional.
