The stay was very good in general
Pros:

The room was excellent but there was only 1 bathrobe and 2 beds are we supposed to use the same bathrobe? and the room service was not very good as when we ordered food they always say we have to wait 20-30 mins or take it ourselves otherwise it was pleasant.

Great stay
Pros:

Communication between us and the hotel was excellent and very fast. All of our requests and inquiries were handled and fulfilled. Cleanliness was truly at a high level. The location is good; we mostly used taxis to visit attractions. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. There was no noise, so our stay was very peaceful. The staff were friendly and professional. Facilities such as the gym, sauna, and pool were excellent.

Cons:

One suggestion for improvement would be better kitchen equipment — more cooking utensils and tools. This was especially important for us since we cooked frequently. Additionally, it would be nice if the pool temperature were a few degrees warmer. Other than that, everything was great.
