لا يعجبني شي
1- تم رفض دخول قبل الساعه 4 مساء بنص بنصف ساعه فقط و عطتني خبر الاستقبال في حال الغرفه متاحة سوف يتم التواصل معي ولا يتم التواصل معي إلى عودتي للفندق 11 مساء
2- لا يوجد مواقف بسبب الزحمه مع العلم انو حاجزه غرفتين
3- الصور تختلف عن الحقيقه لا يوجد مسافه بين الاسره أبدا
4- ماحد يرد ع الهاتف لا استقبال ولا مطعم
5- لا يوجد سليبر ولا فراشي اسنان
6- الفطور غير متنوع

كنت حاجز حجز مؤكد ولما وصلت قال الموظف حجزك ملغي بسبب عدم الدفع
واظطريت احجز اي غرفه متوفره (من المفترض تغيير سياسة الدفع او اضافة ملاحظه توصح للعميل اخر موعد للسداد قبل الغاء الحجز)

التأخر بشكل كبير انتظار 4 ساعات في الدخول
النظافة وتوفر الادوات المهمة مثل المناشف والصابون والشامبو والبار
لايوجد مواقف سيارات ولا يوجد اطلالة عكس المكتوب في الحجز كما ان بعض المعلومات المهمة غير مذكوره في الموقع مثل دفع رسوم زيادة لدخول الغرفة قبل الوقت المحدد
