رجعو لي فلوسي انا ابلغتكم من قبله من ان أتأخر

ولم يوافقو على تأجيل المبيت في فندق ارسلت لهم 100 ايميل لكي يؤخرو حجزي يوم واحد فقط اريد الحجز على 29 بدلآ من 28
لكنهم لو يرجعو لي فلوسي

كانت جميله ورائعه وممتعه جداً استمتعنا في مرافق الفندق ، وكان البوفيه لذيذ ومتنوع وساخن

تعامل الموظفين كان راقي

عزل الصوت ، بطء الاسنجابه لبعض الخدمات ، مثلاً اطلب خدمه الغرف والمغسله ، يكون تاخر بالساعات ، الاستمرار على طرق الباب رغم عدم الاجابه

I didn't like anything, I was so bad comparing with value of money

Nothing to be liked, the room was smelling and not cleaned, there was dirty on the floor and the location was so far
الغرف غير نظيفة وبها رائحة والحمام غير نظيف وهناك أوساخ على الأرض والموقع بعيد ولا يستحق هذا المستوى والمبلغ جدا مرتفع مقارنتا بالنظافة وموقع الفندق حيث انه بعيد جدا عن الحرم، والموظفين غير متواجدين في كل وقت ويصعب الوصول لهم عند الإتصال،والاستجابة للطلب جدا بطيئة
سعر الليلة تقارب سعر بعض الفنادق القريبة من الحرم، أرجو إعادة النظر

تجربة جيدة لكن الرجاء النظر للنقاط التي ذكرتها

الفندق ممتاز الغرف ممتازة لكن فيها بعض الضيق
اعجبني السرير مريح جدًا وجميع الاحتياجات متوفرة في الغرفة

الاستقبال كان شيء حجزت غرفتين تم استلام الأولى الساعة 6 مساء والغرفة الثانية قالت الموظفة غير جاهزة
تقبلت الموضوع وقلت لها بعد العمرة نجي نستلمها
حضرت الساعة 11 تعامل سيء من الموظفة وانتظرت قرابة ال45 دقيقة حتى استلمت الغرفة
الفطور كذلك حجزت الفطور للغرفتين تفاجأت عند النزول للإفطار بأن الإفطار غير شامل جميع الاشخاص
سياستهم غريبة المتعارف عليه حجزت غرفتين بالفطور يعني يشمل الجميع

It’s a good place to escape from the hectic and busy Mecca centre. We felt a bit more relaxed, and had time to wind down
Pros:

I love that it’s located at a more secluded part of Makkah, less overwhelming.

Room was spacious and clean, thank you for also providing a prayer mat. Check-in and checkout procedure was easy.

Dessert and beverage price at Sahi Cafe were also affordable for its size.

Thank you Novotel! Would love to stay here again in the future.
