الازعاج فهل يعقل ان الفندق يقبل بأن اطفال الغرف المجاوره في الدور 17 يلعبون ويلهون في الممرات !!!! اضافة لموظفة الاستقبال التي تتحدث معي عند الاتصال بها لمعرفة تحويلة المغسلة بأسلوب لايليق بموظف استقبال فلماذا ترفع الصوت وتجيبني باساليب كما ولو كنت متسول ولم اكن نزيل ولذلك اضطررت لعمل مغادرة سريعه بعد الاقامه لمده لاتتجاوز 8 ساعات والحجز والسكن في فندق اخر

​إقامة رائعة بكل المقاييس، وأخص بالذكر الأخ خالد المدير المناوب في الاستقبال على حُسن الضيافة، وسرعة الاستجابة، والحرص على تقديم أفضل خدمة ممكنة. وجود أمثاله في الواجهة يرفع من قيمة المكان ويجعلنا نكرر الزيارة دائماً.
