استقبال سي
عدم الحصول على موقف سيارة مع العلم كان من أولوياتي عندما تم ححز الفندق ان يتوفر مواقف سيارات وعندما تم وصولي اخبرني الموظف المواقف ممتلئة وتم اركان السيارة من قبلي على بعد 1 كيلو والسير رجلاً
كان وصولنا الفجر ، ودخلنا ، لكن كان ودي يكون فيه تعاون من الموظفين لما طلبتهم اننا نطلع الساعه 2 لان اصلاً ما ذقنا طعم الراحه متى رجعنا للفندق بعد العمره ! وكان ودي انا في الساعتين الي جلستها لكن ما قدرت لاني متوتره اننا بنطلع الساعه 12 ،، علماً انه كان اخر يوم للسماح للناس بالاقامه بمكه وما كان بيكون فيه زحمه او ناس تبي فندق ،، رغم انه الفنادق الثانيه تتساهل وتعطي العميل حقه وزياده
أود أن أشارككم استيائي الشديد وخيبة أملي من تجربة تسجيل الدخول في فندقكم خلال زيارتي الأخيرة لمكة المكرمة.
لقد قمت بإجراء الحجز مسبقاً، وحرصت على تدوين ملاحظة واضحة ومحددة تتضمن ساعة وصولي وتوقيت قدومي للفندق، متوقعاً من فندق يعمل في العاصمة المقدسة أن يراعي ظروف المسافرين والمعتمرين الذين يتدفقون إلى مكة المكرمة في أوقات متفاوتة على مدار الساعة، ويرتبطون بمواقيت إحرام وصلوات.
ولكن للأسف، عند وصولي تفاجأت بأسلوب تعامل غير مرن ومخيب للأمال من قِبل موظفي الاستقبال، حيث تم إبلاغي بضرورة الحضور في وقت العصر حصراً، وتجاهلوا تماماً الملاحظات والتوقيت المسبق الذي أرسلته لكم، ودون أي محاولة لتقديم حلول أو مراعاة لوعثاء السفر وظروف القادمين للمشاعر المقدسة.
إن عدم جاهزية الإقامة في الوقت المحدد وإلزام النزيل بساعة معينة دون النظر للحجوزات المسبقة وملاحظاتها يعكس قصوراً واضحاً في الاحترافية وفي خدمة العملاء.
أتمنى من إدارة الفندق مراجعة هذا الأسلوب وتدريب موظفي الاستقبال على التعامل بمرونة وتقدير لخصوصية ضيوف الرحمن، فالتجربة الأولى عند الاستقبال هي الواجهة التي تحدد جودة الفندق بأكمله، وللأسف كانت واجهتكم اليوم غير مرضية تماماً.

سياسة الفندق انكم اذا كنتم في موسم ولديكم العديد من النزلاء لاتقيمون قدرا لبقية عملائكم
كذلك مواقف لاتوجد لا في الفندق ولا حوله
