موقع ممتاز والغرف نظيفة وروح المكان حلوة فيه حركة وناس من جميع الجنسيات والفطور كان لذيذ وخدمة الباصات ممتازة

الدخول للغرف الساعه 6 المغرب شي غير مقبول !! الناس يجون من رحلات وتعبانين ووراهم عمره ويخلون الناس تنتظر بالساعات في اللوبي .. الموظفين والاستقبال سيئين في التعامل ويشتغلون بنفسية .. شي محزن يكونون هم الواجهة لكل زائر جاي عندنا لأول مره .. وقفت قدام موظف 5 دقايق كنت آخر وحده في اللاين ولما وصلت له يشوفني ويسوي نفسه ما يشوفني فالاخير قالي تشك ان ؟ قلت ايه .. اشر لي على زميله اللي جنبه ووقفت في طابور من اول وجديد .. موظف الهاوس كيبنق دخل علي من غير ما يطق الباب ولحسن الحظ اني كنت لابسة عبايتي لاني بطلع والعذر انه بيتأكد الغرفة ساكنة او لا لان ظاهر عنده النزيل غادر ( أنا اللي سكنت الغرفه بعده ) وبدل ما يعتذر جلس يرادد ويتعذر

المواصلات الباصات ماتطلع الا كل ساعه او نص ساعه ومواقف الباصات عند الحرم بعيده واذا اذن العشاء ماعاد تروح الا بعد التراويح اسعار التكاسي ب اوقات الدروع مرتفعه

موظفة الاستقبال في نوفوتيل 2 لاتعامل باحترافية ومكفهرة الوجه وكأننا نتسول لاندفع مالا!!
حضرت في تمام الساعة 5 م وتركت ابني واقف أمام الكاونتر ساعة كاملة بحجة تنظيف الجناح،، مع انني راسلتهم واتصلت بهم قبل الحضور بيومين لتقديم موعد دخولي لمرضي ولكن لايوجد رد منهم،،، دخلنا الجناح س6 تماما ونقلتنا لنوفوتيل 3 ولاادري مالسبب،، تفاجأت وأنا أهم بمغادرة الفندق س1 ظهرا بوجود عملاء يسجلون دخولهم ويدخلون أمام عيني،، هل النظام تطبقه تلك الموظفة وغيرها يتسامح في الدخول قبل الموعد مراعاة للصيام؟!!!!

Mükemmel bir otel. Resepsiyon daki beyfendiler gerçekten bize çok yardım etti. Allah razı olsun onlardan. Otel aşırı temiz. Çarşaflar özellikle yeni gibiydi. Banyoda güzel ve ferah. Yürüme 20-25 dk kabeye . Otobüs direk kabeye inmiyor. Tünellerin ordan gidiyor kabeye odaa 30 dk sürüyor. Keşke yemekli konaklama olsaydı o zaman gerçekten çok daha güzel oldu. Kesinlikle tekrar geldiğimde kalacagım
