I paid full amount before I arrived at the hotel but they charged me for entering my room this is not acceptable.Also the room not clean and smell very bad the bathroom.

فندق جميل ونظيف يبعد عن الحرم 15 دقيقه فيه باص ياخذك للحرم بدايه كل ساعة
مكان وقوف الباص بعيد عن بوابات الحرم لازم تمشي 10 دقايق تقريبا
