Lekker ontbijt en vriendelijke dame ontbijt verantwoordelijke!!
Wordt wel om de haverklap gestoord door vervelende mannelijke collega's met te veel macho gedrag.

Cons:

slechte werking receptie en resto, geen factuur ontvangen zelfs na 3x vragen/bellen ze zouden ze opsturen, geen reactie.
Toch een aardig bedragje gespendeerd voor 2 kamer 4 dagen!!!!
Barmannen, zeer arrogant, sluiten bar aan zwembad half uur te vroeg, 18u30!!! buiten meer dan 30°C (3 dagen)
Dakterras zat toen nog telkens vol.

Schönes Hotel mit schlechtem Beschwerdemanagement.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung des Zimmers.
Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde im Hotel eine Hochzeit gefeiert mit sehr lauter Musik. Der Veranstaltungsraum lag direkt unter unserem Zimmer. Die Rezeptionistin konnte mit meiner Beschwerde nicht umgehen und hat mich ignoriert.
Dies hätte man durch eine bessere Planung im Vorfeld besser handhaben können.
Evtl. uns für unseren Aufenthalt ein Zimmer geben in den oberen Stockwerken oder uns vorher über die Lärmbelastung informieren und für den entsprechenden Tag einen Gutschein für die Bar zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Es hätte bestimmt Möglichkeiten gegeben unseren Ärger zu minimieren.
